This was my first experience with Hix Auto and I know why I was referred to them. They take the time to go over everything with you and answer any questions you may have. The quality of the work and knowledge (especially Jeeps) is great. They make you feel like you are part of the family. I will be servicing my Jeep there regularly moving forward.

Went in due to a vibration in the front end of my truck. Dropped it off and within 15 min had it diagnosed, took their professional opinion, and now my truck drives better than ever. These guys are extremely talented and knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Good family business that took care of me. Provided me with plenty of information on the job they did with my alignment and even ways to help prevent more similar issues. They have a great team and run a great shop. Not trying to see them anytime soon, but should I have any future tasks with my car or truck. I'll gladly take it to Hix again.

Hix now is providing a detailed list of things your car needs. John went over each detail. They identified an issue that I wasn't aware of. This allowed me a chance to take care of this before it became a bigger issue.
They also repaired the issue I had brought in my car for.

I was quoted an outrageous amount ($9500) for something that didn't even need replacing from the dealership. I knew it wasn't right so asked around and multiple people recommended this shop to me. They figured out the actual problem and saved me $8,000. I will continue to use hix auto for anything I need in the future. Good work and, above all, they are honest.

I dropped my jeep off to have new headlights and 3rd brake light installed. I've used Hix Auto since I bought my jeep years ago. I trust John and his team with all of my repairs and upgrades. John and Tanya know me by name and treat me like family. Grateful for such an honest mechanic to keep my jeep safely on the road.

These guys know their stuff, and care for their customers! After all the work they put into my jeep, I was missing a cap for my coolant reservoir. They came down TO ME to get me the cap! I will be going to Hix from now on!

Great place to get your auto repairs. Family owned and operated. And a Great group of guys in the shop doing the work. God bless the mechanics for knowing there stuff.

Had a clutch job done here last year, for some reason my 2001 jeep wrangler tj clutch failed. They replaced it at no cost and gave another two warranty. They had earn my business until I can't drive anymore. Highly recommend this shop.
Had transmission and steering gear box issues on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ and again Hix's square away my Jeep. I have been going to Hix's since 2019 on issues I couldn't figure out, and they always came through.

John Hix took it upon himself to personally adjust my new suspension. He spent much of his valuable time on perfecting the ride quality and stance of my 99 Trans Am, while consulting with me for my inputs. This kind of service is rare in today’s world. I highly recommend Hix Auto & Tire.

Would give 10 stars if it was an option. We were so lucky to find them. Our stereo guy at HP audio recommended him and we have used this business ever since. Everyone is so nice and professional and I know they will do all they can to diagnose and treat the problem. Y’all should go see the “doctors” at Hix. You will not be disappointed. Honesty and work ethic still exists here in the South! Oh- and they like kolaches!

Hix Auto is a great place to get maintenance and work done on your vehicle. The staff is great and very knowledgeable in auto care. The young man that works there explained in clear details about my cars problem and how it can be fixed. This business is a great community asset.
