Revive Wellness Spa

I booked an appointment for dermaplane. It was easy to book and it was a beautiful experience! No waiting at appointment or downtime after appointment. I was even able to go on Saturday! I’m planning on more services in the near future!

I have been to this "spa" 1.5 times for botox and filler. The doctor saw a spot on my forehead and said it looked like skin cancer. She then tells me she will have her cousin that is apparently a dermatologist? get in touch with me regarding removal. This was in April, thank goodness I do not sit around and wait on return calls bc it never happened. I went to my dermatologist and had it removed BTW not skin cancer.
The shop is cute but total chaos, over run with people shopping, kids hollering and the staff has no clue how to run a SPA! They claim to be part of ALLE REWARDS but tell you that the points can't be given at the spa?? Drop by next week, I'll try to figure it out...is what I was told. I work full time which is why I came on a Saturday to begin with.
The botox was not properly placed bc the dr was too busy telling employees whaT needed to be done in another store she has opened Again Chaos! Way too many irons in the fire.
The botox was watered down bc it was gone in 1 month! I requested a touch up bc I still had wrinkles after botox...I was sent to her OB/GYN clinic and waited for 2hrs only to be told...she didn't have time, but to come back to the "spa" Saturday for the touch up. I went Saturday and was charged for the touch up. NO one charges for touch ups!! Been getting botox and filler for 10 yrs and have never left feeling uglier than when I arrived. Yep the botox is cheaper bc it's either watered down, expired or she simply needs stop TRYINGto place it! She has no clue what she's doing to people's faces!
Do not waste your time or money at"this spa" we work too hard and want what we pay for, not a cancer scare and a wrinkled face!!
