Couldn't get dress

He told me if I brought my clothes in it will be a week before I get them back because they are backed up which I understand at time but I could not do that I need my kids uniform clean press dry and all that other stuff so I found another dry cleaners

Took my done jacket to get cleaned for prom. Went o pick it up two days after they said it would be ready and now they said it isn’t ready and they don’t k ow when it will be ready. Prom is tomorrow and I don’t have a jacket for my son to wear because of their incompetence.

Upon my first visit, I was barely spoken to. The lady who helped me barely looked me in the eye and completely ignored me several times. I picked up my curtain panels, hoping to have a better experience, and dropped several more off. The curtains have taken more than a week and apparently the lady who was rude on my initial visit is consistently rude to others too. I won’t be using them going forward.

Ehhh.....
