Went in search of dress shoes for a teenage boy. After some store hopping we found shoes here and at a pretty fair price. Not only was the pricing good, the cashier told me to pull up a coupon that made the pricing even less! Next time I will make them my first stop.

I like JCPenney because I can always find something for my home, my kids, or something for myself. JCPenney has nice clothes and I love that there is a little bit of something for everyone. I also like that there's always good sales going on! My five-stars are for Lora! Lora was very friendly and kind. She was just as nice as could be. I had an idea of what I wanted from the store but couldn't quite describe it. Lora was patient, answered my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! All in all, it was a great experience👍🏻

Great customer service still exists! The store had a skeleton crew of employees, but those who were there were very helpful. I'll definitely go back.

Troy the manager gave us awesome customer service, advice and help. Which made our experience great. I will go again when I'm looking for good assistance and great sale prices.

Nice sale going on. Found everything I went in there for. Actually looked at several items to purchase but there was no price on any of the boxes. No sign, nothing. Could have had possibly additional sale had merchandise been tagged. No salesperson near by to help and it wasn't something I was going to hunt someone down for to ask about. All in all though I was pleased with the store.

It is a pretty nice store. You can find employee's in different locations in the store and they are glad to help you. The only thing I didn't like was they have some of the same things in different places. If you like walking and exercise, this is the place for you.

Employees are helpful, friendly and respectful. The store is set up a little odd, but I’ve only been here a few times. I also didn’t have to wait for an hour to check out on Black Friday (like other stores)

Went there around noon today to pick up an order I’d placed online. Forgot to get her name but the woman working the returns/online order pickup counter was so sweet,confidant and helpful. And she kept that line moving! GREAT JOB!

There is always a huge clearance section with very nice clothes. Clean dressing rooms. Also lots of sakes on their shoes.
