I went in to either buy an Xbox series x, or a gaming laptop. This was 8/16/24. I don’t know who the person helping me was, but he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted.

I was buying a brand new PC and having a couple issues with the online transaction. I got help from David in customer service. Awesome guy and was incredibly helpful. Super knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about making sure everything went smoothly. Give this man a raise ASAP!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Our appliances were delivered on time. The guys who made our delivery - Robert and Rambo -- were very helpful. My fiancee was going to attempt to install the appliances herself and asked them questions to make sure she knew what to do. They went ahead and hooked everything up for her although we didnt pay for installation only delivery (to get our appliances into our new home sooner). I recommend that these guys are recognized for their very respectful service since they were very mindful of our fresh paint in new constructed home. They were way over and beyond what they were supposed to do! THESE GUYS DESERVE A RAISE!
