Whataburger

Lets talk about one of the most underrated restaurants. Whataburger has great food, open 24 hours, and you can get whatever you want whenever you want it. The staff is like a well oiled machine. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. The stores are always super clean. Don't believe me, compare it to any McDonald's, Wendy's, or Burger King and see for yourself. To me, they are the KING of fast food, and can even compete with some of the other fine dining restaurants. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, service, and products. Best of the best.

This place is across the road from where I work and I love it!! I get either the double or triple burger combo and never had a bad one yet. Everyone is nice and I usually have my food relatively quick. Big Whataburger fan and this place keeps me coming back!

Great place! Good food for a great price! They start serving breakfast at 11pm(open 24hrs!!)& it's wonderful. Their salads are also really good especially with their house ranch. It's good with everything else as well! Friendly employees and quick service.

Honest to God one of the best fast food chains out there the only upside to it getting sold is locations out of Texas. Food was amazing made quickly and the staff were very nice. Store was very clean and orderly.

This place has been spot on since opening. Everything is good to me but Whataburger's are their own thing. Bigger patties, good fries and great shakes. Loved it.

I was excited that now we have Whataburger here at our location today. I try the cheese fries but it didn’t turn out what it looks like in the pictures. The burgers were outstanding, but I was disappointing with the chili fries that this establishment gave. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. A

Really good food. Wait was a few minutes longer than I expected but, it was well worth it when I got my order. Good and hot!

The young lady (or ladies, not sure if there was 1 or 2 working) in drive through tonight taking orders and handing them out the window was very pleasant. The name on my receipt says Olivia N. She politely let me know it would be a quick moment when I pulled up instead of grumpy or silent like a lot of places get when busy. My order was taken quickly, I did not have to wait long, accurately, and she repeated it back to me and even took my name. She repeated my name at the window for accuracy and made sure I had my extra spicy ketchups I asked for. The fries were hot and fresh. The food was great. Very thankful for this location taking care of me after a long day at work. Thank you.

just finished eating at Whataburger and can honestly say great customer service. The lady that charged us was so kind even repeated the order to make sure it was what we wanted. Employees even came to check to see if we were doing alright. Something you don’t see often in fast food. Food came out so quick even and that’s because we ordered lunch in breakfast hours. Will come again.

Ashlee is one of the best counter girls I’ve ever ran into at a fast food restaurant. I’ll always look for her when I come in to eat.

We had a great experience because of the young lady Ms. Ashlee. She was very kind and the food was amazing.

The girl Ashlee who was working front counter when I can to eat was very sweet and did an amazing job the service was great so was the food

Went around midnight and waited in line maybe 15 minutes with a couple cars in front of me. Very quick service. Food was fresh and good!

The night time/early morning crew did an amazing job! I was impressed by the quality of the food, accuracy of my order, and the great customer service at that time of day (3am). They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the positive attitudes and the amazing customer service! You guys rock!!!

I always expect Whataburger to take a little longer than the average fast food place because they make everything fresh when you order it. Everyone at the Madison whataburger is really friendly too.

I am from Iowa so I wanted to try something new, I loved it. The taste was great on evert item I ordered

Went through the Drive thru today for a large half and half tea.. 2 cars ahead of us. Ambrice came out to the drive thru and brought the tea to us and took our payment so we wouldn't have to wait!.. Awesome Service!! Thank you Ambrice great service, great smile!!

Good burger, served fast and hot. My hubby loves the Vanilla shake too.

It took awhile, since they tried to get started during the pandemic, but this place really has its act together now.

Did I drive through for a great burger! All the condiments they offer are just to our tastes! Service was faster than usual. Everything is made fresh!
