Kroger

The people at the store are extremely polite and very courteous. Everything I I needed after a storm had completely wiped out everything in my fridge was in stock. I will enjoy shopping here many many more times in the future. It's very clean well stocked, and of course the people are just the sweetest, most politest professionals people I've seen in a very very long time

I want to thank Taitiana in the Vicksburg Kroger Floral Dept. for her excellent customer service, kindness, and the absolutely beautiful arrangements she made for my sweet 24-year-old son's burial service. Obviously, this is a terribly hard time for our family and Tatiana's lovely manner and talent made everything more bearable. God bless you, Taitiana, and thank you to Kroger for being there for it's customers!

Excellent non dairy and gluten free selection throughout the store.

I enjoy going to the Vicksburg Kroger early in the morning, as it's easy to get in and out of the store, with little to no difficulty. Additionally, the store isn't too crowded in the mornings, and it makes it easier for me to shop.
I like this store because they have a good selection of items that I need and the prices are good.
I also like the Kroger Card and the reward points that gives me savings on my gasoline at the Kroger Fueling Station.
Yet, my favorite thing about this Kroger is the store associates. They are always super nice, super helpful, super courteous and they make my shopping experience 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s !

Service is good for quick shopping.

My dad doesn’t have a gmail account, but he wanted leave a review with Kroger. My dad, Anderson Jones Sr., wanted to express how much he loves going into Kroger. He says that Kroger is the most neat store he has ever been to. Every employee has a great attitude and are willing to help, especially since he is disabled. He says that more stores need to get like Kroger. He hopes that a manager or someone from the business of Kroger to see this review. He says that Kroger is an amazing store.

Very friendly employees and awesome products. The organic section is nice. They have a nice selection vegan and vegetarian products. Very clean and the meat department smells clean unlike some other stores where their meat department smells so horrible that you don't want to buy a thing from there at all.

Kroger's is a Great grocery store! The employee's are knowledgeable and pleasant; and the store is very clean. The variety of products on the shelves is helpful and with the addition of the fresh produce and meat departments, one stop shopping is truly an option!!! Thank you Kroger for All that you do!!!

Was shopping there today and made a purchase from the deli meat department. The young man who assisted me, name on his name tag was Kris, was very helpful, courteous, and friendly.

After a couple of nights ending up in dry counties or Louisiana on a Sunday, Kroger was a welcome outlet to purchase not just beer, but a fine beer from a large selection. Appreciate that, K. I had a soul and singular purpose for being there, but the place looked like a nice modern store with likely anything you’d need. But especially, the beer.

I LOVE our Kroger!!!! I love the variety that is offered, the sales, the accommodating staff, and the gas discount rewards. Several months ago the attitude of the cashiers was less than desirable. They were talking with each other as people checked out and seemed to care less whether or not a customer got taken care of. When management changed recently, I began to notice a difference in attitude and some different personnel. Now the entire experience is great. Thank you for giving Vicksburg this up-graded store. I love to shop at Krogers. Because you can find great deal. But I slipped on a piece of fruit I was looking around to see if I could tell someone that works there, so no one else would fall I stopped two people from stepping on the fruit. After I saw a lady come from the back I left the spot and with got her to come get it up . After I walked around the store to get what I have came to shop for. My left leg started to hurt. I went to the service dept and told her about my leg. They took my phone no. Never got a phone call from them. They did not care about me.

Best thing for me. Pickup grocery was the best thing for older or baby boomers. We through with grocery shopping. Retirement is even better at Kroger’s. Young mothers if this was offered when I was grocery shopping back in the day no mommy Iwant this from my kids would’ve been a blessing. Take advantage of modern day working mothers. Pickup is the way!!

This is one serious grocery store. Prices are a bit higher compared to you know who? Walmart! But! It gets much better if you sign up for their special members card. Then the prices drop into my pay grade. Tons of variety. I love it.

Love this place! Always have whatever I need. If they dont they go out there way to assist me! It's amazing how the whole store is full of nice ppl. Sometimes I go there around 6am and those ppl are nice too.

This store is clean, always stocked, with plenty of cashiers to minimize long waits in checkout lines. Also has good weekly sales, gas discounts for shopping with them and a good place for a deli lunch 7 days a week.

Always a pleasure!!! And I can call the friendly and curtious clerks by name. They make it a pleasure to shop. I don't fool with the little clerks that don't want to be bothered. I LOVE Kroger's meat.

I love this place. It's a quick run and run out . They are always friendly and willing to help . I love getting my shrimp steamed from here. The produce is always good !
