TownePlace Suites by Marriott Baton Rouge Gonzales

My stay was very pleasant. The cleanliness and quality of my room was GREAT! Friendly and genuine staff assisted as needed. I did not enjoy Breakfast. They could offer better choices of food. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again!

This hotel is great. Prime shopping and dining all around, right off the highway. The rooms are clean, comfy and roomy. The staff is wonderful, very courteous and attentive.

We were on a road trip from TX to the east coast. Thought we had a booked a place nearby but turns out it was the wrong location. We were travelling with a small dog and needed a dog friendly room for the night and TownePlace Suites had availability. It was safe, clean, and even had some water and popcorn in the room.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were nice, functional, with a counter sink, stove top, microwave, medium fridge and all the dishes, pots, and pans you could use. Beds were comfortable and AC worked quite well. Hated to leave.

Marie has taken great care of me!! She and all of the staff have been overly accommodating. I swapped to a bigger room for the weekend to allow for my family coming in to visit, and swapped back to a normal room after they left. She made this a super easy transition!!!

Marriott never seems to sway far from making you feel at home away from home. Room felt cozy and clean. Staff seems friendly as well.

We came in town for a family emergency so did not have reservations. The staff was friendly and courteous. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suit. It was nice, clean and had all the comforts of home. PLUS, they are VERY pet friendly. Will definitely remember this on the next trip.

Wonderful staff! Great breakfast! Clean rooms. You can walk to everything: restaurants, shops and etc. Will definitely come back!

Great staff and location. 2 bedroom suite is totally worth the upgrade if you have kid(s). There are some 110v outlets in the parking lot if you have a n E/V.

The manager Marie is super sweet and helpful. She made sure I was taken care of. She definitely needs a raise! The rooms are clean and the staff was also nice.

This five-star review is purely because of the hospitality from Rashida. She goes out of her way to make sure that we have a comfortable stay and everything we need. One of the many examples, she would not let us go get a towel from the pool and insisted that she would bring it to us. Also she has a very professional demeanor that makes us feel confident that she is providing us with the best care. She made us feel very welcome. Whenever we are traveling through this part again we will stop here just to see her. She is certainly management-level material. A real diamond in the rough. I hope Marriott realizes this and moves her up through the ranks quickly. We were in Suite 427 over July 4th weekend.

This hotel is a great place to stay whether hurricane evacuation, business trips or just an over night stay. I will rate things by stars from 1-5 Staff: 5 stars Rooms: 5 stars Room conditions: 5 stars Internet speed: 5 stars Everything was great here including the food. I would personally rate the free breakfast here a 4.3 stars. Not to mention they are a pet friendly hotel, so that's very nice

Super happy with our stay! We were suposed to stay elsewhere but they wouldnt take chash so we found townplace to our surprize the rooms were beautiful and the employees we very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great as well, 10/10 would recomemb

Overall, excellent value. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly front desk. We like the location because of the access to the freeway. We stop here to break up our trip from Houston to NOLA.

Stayed here many times over the last 3 years. The staff is still for the most part the same and in a business where high turnover is highly common that in itself says a lot but even said. It's always a safe and quiet and nice very clean home away from. And I thank you for that..

Rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay there and make you feel at home.
