Comfort Suites near Tanger Outlet Mall

I just took a quick road trip to Gonzales, very nice room, big king bed, full size couch area,,very nice. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, got my Roast Beef Po'boy on my way out!! Cute little busy town!!

Great rooms, comfortable beds, and good breakfast... according to my relatives from Mexico whom we reserved the stay for.

👍🏼Customer service in all departments were great. Even though Hotel is not new, it doesn't smell bad. And team keeps it decent. Room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. Cafeteria was clean and breakfast was also great. Everyone was polite. AC was on when we came in, loved it. FYI: if you want the prices you find online, you must book on line. They do have a functioning elevator, it's next to the front desk. We slept great! Water actually had hot and cold. There has been hotels where we had to shower with hot and boiling hot water. Will definite rebook on our way back.Thank you for your service.

The front desk clerks (Colleen & Kate) were awesome. They were very friendly, help with all our needs. Observed them communicating with other guest letting them know they were there 24 hours a day if they needed anything at all. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable.

Clean, well appointed, well staffed. I was disappointed when the Marriott was all booked but this hotel has made me not think twice now that we are here. Everything looks to be brand new and the rooms a very spacious and clean. So glad to not regret staying here!

What a great hotel! Tori was wonderful and did an amazing job upon check in she was so nice and made me feel very welcome! The manager Laura was so helpful and sweet and went out of her way to make me comfortable. The rooms were very nice and the fresh cookies were a huge plus thanks to everyone who made my trip so lovely!

Amazing service and very clean rooms. Staff went above and beyond to make sure your staff at their hotel was as comfortable as possible. Weither it was front desk or housekeeping you were always greated with a smile. Will definitely stay here again.. awesome breakfast

This is an absolutely terrific location. The staff is always so happy and friendly and the rooms are large and roomy and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling either on business or vacation with a family. Easy access to everything - shopping, food, interstate, and expo hall. Can't say enough good about the way it is operated.

Our stay at Comfort Suites in Gonzales, LA. was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, especially Tori working the front desk. She was a fantastic help and provided exceptional customer service. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff was very nice to me checking in was not a problem my room was clean and I put the do not disturb sign up and I was not bothered. Checking it out was fine and I will stay there again if I'm in need for a room. I only stayed for 12 hours or so. So I could get some rest before I got back on the road. 1/17/18

Best hotel I've stayed in out here so far, friendly and attentive staff. Has breakfast clean rooms very quite has a nice pool.

Zero issues would hit it again

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room, a double queen, was quite spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The check in staff was friendly and organized as well. This hotel is on the same exit as the outlet mall and several good restaurants (both sit down and fast food are available).

Great place to stay! Well kept, outstanding manager, friendly and helpful staff, close to some great restaurants, and QUIET! If I'm ever back in the area, I will DEFINITELY stay here!

Stayed for a night recently. Very clean, good breakfast, and helpful staff. The place smelled brand new. As little as this may seem, it was nice to be able to open the window in the room and hear the frogs at night. I had a great night sleep.

Always a great experience when I stay here. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. I stay in hotels about 265 days a year and this one is my top choice.

I am here now and stay here when I visit my office in Gonzales. The staff here is very friendly. My room looks practically new. The TV, A/C, etc work perfectly. I visit alot of different Comfort Suites in my travels. This one ranks as one of the best. If you do have any issues; the staff here will make it right. Highly recommend checking them out.

Conveniently located next to the outlet mall and just off I-10. Check in was very expedient. Room smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff very friendly. Great hotel overall.

Got the last room after an LSU game. Big rooms, super clean, and great free breakfast the next morning. Overall very pleased with everything.

I love jumping in the pool after hours! I'm sure they hate it but there's worse things I could be doing. The hotel is well kept and service is great!

Shannon was the best part of the night. We checked round 9ish. We had 3 reservations but, the 3rd party booking canceled 2 of them. So there went our night. NOT!!! Shannon helped us out. The other 2 people made booking reservations right there on the spot. Shannon was so patient with us. Everybody got the rooms they wanted with no fuse. O and the room. The room was the bomb. The reviews tell you 1 thing, but. The truth is Comfort Suites Gonzales is home away from home. The only con for me is no kitchen. Mrs. Pam handled that part. Mrs. Pam is the breakfast attendant. She made sure everything was stocked. Her attitude is everything. Shannon and Mrs. Pam keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to seeing y'all again.
