SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baton Rouge Gonzales

I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk.The room and property were clean. Staff was great,breakfast buffet was well stocked and kept tidy. Perfect location for shopping at the outlet mall. Loved the Christmas Tree in the lobby!

I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel us to check in earlier since we were traveling from a tornado hit area so we could shower and change for my granddaughters first birthday party which I mentioned in passing. The staff even left a 1st birthday card and all signed it. The staff was great and especially Tori, 10 stars!!,

Our stay was great. The room was clean, nice & comfortable. The staff was incredible. My husband & I would love to thank & mention a few by name : Andi, Maxine, Sarah & Mary at your Gonzales LA location. You 4 ladies made our stay that much better with your professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness & were alot of fun to talk to. You 4 ladies should make Springhill proud to have you in their employ & I hope you are rewarded for your efforts. It is well deserved.

Great job ladies! A clean and presentable lobby. On the day shift the entire staff dress so professional, and they all have smiles on and it’s good to hear “Good Morning” as each staff member passes by. The service was top notch and the rooms were clean with high detail.

The thing that leads me to make this an excellent rating without hesitation was your staff! I travel a bunch for work and stay in Marriott Hotels 90% of the time. The staff at this location by far has been the best I have met so far and the bar was set pretty high by the team at the Residence Inn in Murfreesboro, TN but this location did beat them out!!!

This is the 2nd time staying here and it's nice for the price. I'm usually a Hilton guy but here lately has been impressed with Marriot. This location is definitely prime location. It's next to so many good restaurants which include Don's Seafood and Walk Ons. Along with that the big Cabellas is like a 30 second drive. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I was even given free water which don't seem like a big deal but it actually does. I travel to this area quite frequently and will come back here again.

It was an excellent stay here, Sarah at the front desk was really awesome at helping me out. Got in early before any rooms we're ready, she made sure I was comfortable situated in the lobby guest area so I can get some critical work emails out. Without having to double check, as soon as a room was ready she brought a key for me and on my way I went. Exempliary customer service!

Wonderful staff! The front desk clerk, Tiana has made my stay so enjoyable with her professionalism friendly personality. Same goes for Daquita, the room attendant on my floor. Daquita is excellent at what she does. She has a very pleasant demeanor and my room is very clean and stocked.The breakfast is also very neat and spacious and offers a basic variety bagels, English muffins, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, yogurt milk, cereal, and some fruit. I am a Bonvoy member and the Marriott brand will always be my hotel of choice, but this property, by far, has been my best experience. I don't know all of the staff members' names, but the entire team deserves to be acknowledged for their exceptional work ethics and going above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests!☺❤

Clean and very large rooms. We only stopped in for one night on our drive home, However, this was a nice Room. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. Plenty of outlets for charging your devices. It is within walking distance of several places to eat and there are stores nearby as well. Plenty of parking.

your staff made my stay pleasant. Andi was exceptionally well informed and very helpful in every instance. My room was clean and very functional, in that it had everything I needed. I will be staying with Marriott again.

Front desk service is 5 ⭐ environment is suitable for all works of life, school, cooperation meetings, transportation mental quite time, sports talk, and a safe place for kids to enjoy a home away from home.

It’s clean, the receptionist was very sweet, and the rooms have a great setup. The mirrors in the bathrooms are awesome! (Take it from me I’m a woman) they have a big lit LED circle light in the middle of the mirror around you for applying makeup and getting good lighting! Also I hate it when u get a room and the room is damp from the AC unit. This room was nice and dry and the AC blows super cold. I will book again

This hotel has got to be one of the best mid-market Marriott hotel properties Ive stayed at. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. You can put the staff and service members up against any in the area and they will rise above. Noah worked the front desk most evenings during my stay and he bent over backwards to ensure every guest need was met - for me and others in my group. Morning and evening it was easy to see the staff has a shared mission on 100% satisfaction.

Joe, the general manager, checked us in and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and clean, amazing air conditioner. They have the most comfortable bed! Very nice outside and pool area too! We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in that area.

Was a nice hotel the couch looked like it needed a cleaning but I didn't sit on it but there were some stains. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice with extra sprayers.

Very nice hotel...really clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. Ms Jennifer Solomon did and absolutely outstanding job. She was the only person working with the breakfast but you would've thought it was a whole staff...she was so helpful and she can cook!!!! The bartender was really sweet and made a bomb Lemon Drop Martini!!! Yes girl! We will be back next year in March.

I have stayed in numerous hotels throughout the southeastern United States and let me tell everyone that this hotel is so far superior that I couldnt even tell you which hotel would qualify as a close second. Management is top rate, front desk associates are genuinely friendly, courteous, and professional, maintenance staff is on top of everything, and housekeeping staff is nothing short of awesome. If you are staying in the area and dont stay at this hotel you are doing disservice to yourself
