Anchor Pharmacy

I use Anchor pharmacy often and just had a great experience with Cheryl (hopefully not misspelled) who helped me navigate an issue with another pharmacy holding my script. It's much cheaper at Anchor than at my local CVS. I really enjoyed the solid communication and excellent customer service. The techs at Anchor are always friendly and efficient and I really appreciate their hard work and dedication! :)

Eli is the best! He went out of his way to make sure my prescription was taken care of. Everyone here is so kind and helpful I do understand that there are steps the pharmacy have to follow from the insurance company before I receive my medication but Anchor makes following the rules a little easier by explaining them to me. Thanks Anchor!

Cheryl was very helpful in acquiring a prescription I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure I could pick up my refill with consideration of my availability to come to the pharmacy. Highly recommend!

My wife has used Anchor for years. They have great customer service and go above and beyond to interface with doctors offices and insurance to get you the meds you need. Recently Cheryl really pulled some strings to make her medicine arrive before expected. Thank you so much, Cheryl and Anchor it’s been a rough month with out the meds.

I had some problems with one of my prescriptions, and Cheryl went to bat for me! It’s so nice to have a pharmacy where you can get help from real people instead of getting passed around from robot to robot. It’s like going to a small town pharmacy, but with the resources of a big chain. And here’s the biggest difference: when they make a mistake, they own up to it, apologize, and make it right immediately. Have you had a company do that for you recently? It was a rare treat for me. Plus, they deliver to your house!! It’s been a dream come true to find these folks. It’s life-changing for my prescriptions to not be a constant source of fear or stress. (If you know, you know). This is a wonderful pharmacy that always goes over and above to deliver for their customers. Their prices are lower than CVS, Walgreens, and all the others, and they even deliver for free. I've been filling my prescriptions with Anchor pharmacy over past 3 years now and I am very pleased with their service. Especially with their free and prompt same day delivery service. At times there are few delays but they have been quick to call and text on my delays which i understand. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a change.

I have been filling with anchor since they opened up 5 years ago. Anchor has never let me down. My meds are always prompt and accurate. The staff there is amazing! everyone there is kind and very knowledgeable about my meditations. My doctor sent my medications to Walmart pharmacy once and I was sooooooooo disappointed with the service there. Anchor is my tried and true and will never stray away. Also whenever I go in to pick up my meds; one of the techs by the name of Ebony is sooo super helpful, friendly, and personable. I love it there

I’ve always been very satisfied with this pharmacy, but I really wanted to recognize a great representative that I spoke with today, her name is Niesha, she quickly resolved an issue with a medication that was back ordered and called me back. I really appreciated her tone,professionalism, and responsiveness. Great customer service has been rare lately and I just wanted to give some extra Kudos!! Thank you Niesha!!

Customer Service when I call is always impeccable. I can get my son's ADHD medication promptly, delivered to our home, and at the lowest possible price (despite it not being covered by our insurance!). They do everything they can to make sure we get our next refill before we run out, and that's not easy because it is a controlled substance. So grateful for Anchor!
