I was greeted with a smile from Shawna when I walked through the door. She was very pleasant and helpful during my visit. She was very knowledgeable about the units and help me decide what was best for my college student.

The property is very clean and the manager is great! She had no problem showing units and was clear when giving instructions on how to access the unit! The process was fast and easy and prices are very reasonable! I definitely recommend SecureCare storage of Jackson!

They are very clean.Lots of storage buildings of all sizes big and small and climate controlled in some.Very friendly customer service.The lady here who is the manager in Jackson Ga is great and very easy to get along with.Talks to you and treats you like you're human and understands some of your most valued possessions are there in her care which can be super stressful when its everything you own.Helps to deal with good people and they truly are.

First of all I was a little irritated that my rent increased every year and I didn't like some of the managers that passed by. However, it was some wonderful managers and thus far Shawna is the best. I have seen alot of positive changes implemented since she was hired. I love how they improved the security system and how when I enter my code I'm addressed by my name. That make me feel like I'm valued as a tenant and it ensured me that my sense of security was maintained.

This company has the BEST prices even with their rent increase, the units are climate controlled and I feel comfortable renting from.them.

I am leaving because I'm living in my own establishment, however if I should need another unit I will not hesitate to use their services again

If I didn't have to move, I wouldn't be leaving. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and pricing and I would not hesitate to recommend these units to anyone looking. If I'm ever back in the area and need storage, this is the first place I'm going.
