No problems here. They honor good RX. You still have to deal with going to Walmart but I usually go when I need to get some deals on other stuff as well.

I'm not sure if the person that rated this pharmacy had a bad experience or what, but Avi Patel has been quite nice to me and smiles and I have to go to the pharmacy on a weekly basis - So I see the 3 pharmacists pretty darn often. The other staff are also very nice, and the wait time is quick.

I have worked with William while he was a pharmacy manager. Very nice and down to earth! I'm sure he moved up by now!!!!

Great experience so far.

Came in twice in a week - once with a paper prescription and another with a prescription called in. Both times were prompt and the pharmacist was very helpful in explaining the dosage instructions.

I had such terrible experience with CVS down the road in the past that I’m cautiously optimistic about this place being my new go-to.

Awful. Prescription called in Friday so I decided to wait until at least 24 hours for the prescription to be filled. I arrive today (30 minutes before closing) and I am informed the prescription is not ready, she did not know when it would be filled, they are short staffed and I should take it up with the “big people.” So I ask, who are the “big people?” She replied 1-800-Walmart. She stated she would not be at work tomorrow so she would have nothing to do with the call outs or if the order was not prepared.

This is not the first time a prescription was not ready but the first time a customer service person did not at minimum pretend to care or extend an apology on behalf of the company they are representing.

I will be contacting the “big people” for nothing less than adding myself to what I am sure is a growing list of dissatisfied customers.

In the past few months I have had several very poor experiences with the pharmacy. Sadly I took the advice from the pharmacist to receive the pneumonia vaccine and flu shot at a visit. My arm had a horrible reaction to the pneumonia vaccine and I needed to get antibiotics from my PCP who was shocked that a pharmacist would have recommended someone my age to get the pneumonia vaccine. She said it is not needed at all.

Secondly, most times when I call to ask a question about my prescriptions I am immediately put on hold . This last time I waited on hold 2 separate times for 20 minutes. Need to figure out another pharmacist in my area to switch to.

Terrible. I received my prescription without an issue but with it comes syringes. I specifically told the tech the sizes I needed only to recognize I received the incorrect gauges when I had gotten home. Their nonchalant and dismissive attitude is unacceptable. To think that this is something customers would have to tolerate for any reason is a fault to not just the department but to Walmart. Being in the medical field is not a "I just work here" field. If you have that attitude switch to the retail department if it's all the same and save people the dread of having a piss poor experience that will ultimately impact their health and wellness.
Since there is a no return OR exchange policy for syringes, I spoke with the pharmacist directly and there was nothing they could do for me; therefore, I'm stuck with an useless amount that I can't do anything with due to THEIR negligence. Do not think of possibly being the exception, simply do not get serviced at this pharmacy. I won't make that mistake again.

I wish I could give -1 star. They are the worse. I've tried to get my daughter's prescription filled for weeks. I visited the pharmacy and they didn't have the option prescribed by the doctor. I am told to have the doctor call. The doctor cannot reach them on the phone. I know its true; when I call no one can be reached. They don't call to offer any type of update. When you visit them at the store, they act as if they don't understand why you are upset... This is completely unacceptable. Beware, don't waste your time. If you have any other option go elsewhere. You'll thank me later!
