Went there late one night because the drive thru is open 24 hrs. Food was hot fresh and delicious! Employees were respectful and efficient. Clean outside. Quick in and out with no long wait times.

Never been into one of these places until a friend took me because this whole time I thought they were a chain of gas stations. But I was impressed. Very clean very good food.

I was so happy I randomly stopped at Krystals 4 food!!! 🎉🎉 The service here was great, well kept clean everywhere including bathrooms, great employees, and my food was freshly made delicious!!!🎉🎉😍🤤🤤🤤 perfect spot for a quick yummy meal or the Munchies!! 😂💩👽🤤

This is the BEST Krystal’s I’ve ever been to. They are always fast, fresh and delicious. Staff always has it together—I don’t know what the secret sauce is for this management team, but every Krystal should follow it!

Cory (not sure of the spelling) was great. I had seen an ad online about a sack of 6 burgers. He said it was only 5 but then added the extra one for me! Great job Cory!

The cool guy I think his name was Kenny he took my order in a speedy time,He was very clear n well spoken such nice manners.He then met me at the window greeted me with my drinks n then the food was right behind it very fast service!!The Kenny guy was very respectful n really nice!! Because of his service I would highly recommend going to Krystal's when this guy is working!!!He is why I give five stars hands down!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience n memory of such great service can't get that just anywhere!!!

Was parked overnight next door in my semi. Ate the breakfast bowl here. Was really good. Nice clean bathroom to wash up in and door has deadbolt lock for you truckers that need use bathroom.. friendly staff n good food. Thumbs up

Visited Sunday @ 5:15. We had the spicey chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. The lady taking our order was both friendly and professional, which is a very rare occurrence these days when visiting a fast food restaurant.

I haven't eaten at a Krystal in probably 9 years. We decided to stop while in visiting family. It still tastes as good as Krystal did when I was a little girl. The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and food was nice and hot. Would definitely visit again.

We arrived here late Saturday evening after a trip to the zoo. We ordered and were informed there'd be about a 10 to 15 minute wait due to the fact that we ordered a sackful (understandable). Not only did they get the food to us out even more quickly than projected, they also threw in an extra fry for having us wait. Lastly, the ladies, the one who took our order and the one who brought us our food, were super polite and kind.

Clean, friendly employees, I was there in the morning so I ordered breakfast. First time trying Krystals breakfast and I must say I was impressed. Had the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches with tater tots"hash browns" and also for a $1.00 they serve warm fresh donut holes 4 holes in an order. My food was hot and fresh within 6 to 7 minutes after ordering. I will return to this same establishment when I am in the area.

We had the spicy wings some of the best I have had. I am from Ohio Roosters. The flavor was not just hot but seasoned. The wind were not tiny tiny but a good size. Stop by you will not sorry.

Food was great, workers were amazing and even gave our sweet husky a treat. Unfortunately the food messed our system up but that's due to personal reasons. For it being 2am and the food was freshly cooked and very hot, that was a good experience.

That night I was traveling and coming back into town and I stopped at a crystal here in palatka and the service was impeccable and I believe it was the manager that was very nice and very and this was late at night and the food was very hot and like it was freshly cooked, thank you Krystal's,,, yiC

Absolutely love this place. I’m from the north who loves White Castle. Found this and realized it’s just like them. Sliders were great. I wasn’t a fan of the Nashville hot slider. It was a mouth full of rub instead of sauce . Other than that the rest was great

The restaurant was nice and clean. The employees were friendly. They were still serving breakfast which I never had tried before so I ordered a couple of different items. The donut holes were hot and fresh, as well as the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and tater tots (hash browns) if you like krystals and haven't tried their breakfast I recommend it. I would definitely go to this krystals again if in the area.
