Gerber was incredible from start to finish I was rear ended and from the moment I walked in their door I was treated so kind. Miss Robin was fantastic, getting a rental so convenient from there and timewise. It couldn’t have been faster. I honestly thought it would take much longer than it did, but they kept me informed every step of the way.
within a week my car was ready to pick up and it looked brand new not just the repairs, but the whole car was so shiny and clean looking
if you’re looking for auto body repair, look no further than Gerber their service is the best., I went to the one on SR 16 in St Augustine it was so close to me, which made it even better.

I took my Ford in to Gerber Collision and glass. Ms Rivers was extremely helpful with the insurance estimate and the claim. She even called the rental care company to come a pick me up. My car is currently being addressed. I will keep you up to date on the outcome. So far they have been the best

I visited gerber to replace my odyssey side mirror, the service is very good at Gerber. General manager is also helping customers in best way . Service is very good. Very happy with the way give answers , and helping with quick repairs and proper repair.

I had an excellent and professional service from the front desk (Robin) all the way up to the manager (Mr. Brandon) after I brought my daughter's 2017 Honda pilot for a body repair. They are a group of friendly staff in the office always ready to help. I'm very happy with the work done to the car

Plastic weld and difficult color match with Mazda machine grey. Gerber did a fantastic job. Everything matches like new. No sign of any blemishes. Work was completed on time and I didn't have to wait when dropping off or picking up. This body shop is clearly very well managed.

From our first phone call to the completion of the repairs Gerber was awesome. We had never had a claim in 30 years, the receptionist walked us though what we needed to do to file a claim.
I was worried that after the repair (front end damage from hitting a deer)
that the car would never be the same again. Dwayne promised we wouldn't be able to tell the car was ever damaged.
They completed the repairs 2 days quicker than their estimate.
When we picked up the car it looked like the day we bought it, I really looked it over and I cant tell that it was ever damaged. Super friendly staff and very professional.

Gerber of St. Augustine was FANTASTIC! They kept me informed of the repair work through text. Communication was PERFECT! The repair on my 2018 Silverado with Iridescent Pearl tri-coat was painted exactly to match the factory paint. I used to mix car paint at NAPA when I was in high school. Gerber did an EXCELLENT job of matching the paint and their painting skill was practically factory like. Price was on par with others shops. Truck came back cleaner then when dropped. Due to Covid, they even sanitized the interior!!! Great customer service, flawless repairs, and consistent communication on the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision and Glass of St. Augustine. Also their lifetime warranty (as long as you keep your car) is a BIG plus! Also truck was done 2 days BEFORE completion date.

Gerber has been very understanding as to why my car has just been sitting in their yard. Insurance has been dragging their feet. They let me drive right back to my car to pull out my personal items. Everyone was very friendly. Robert has been handling their end of the claim with statefarm and even emailed out the estimate a bit after closing. Very dedicated to finishing their side of the job.
