Lake County Euros

Second visit to Lake County Euros. They came highly recommended by a coworker. Great customer service. I didn’t have to ask for a breakdown in layman’s terms. Taylor and the other gentleman who helped me out were very friendly. 12000 mile warranty on work done.
My phone ran out of battery and they brought me a portable charger to make sure I was set. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to Lake County Euros for a little over 3 years now for all of my cars needs. I have had my Clutch upgraded, Timing chain service, Carbon cleaning, and water pump to name a few. Each time it’s been done cleanly and professionally I have sent multiple people to this shop and each time they have been extremely happy with the service they received. If you own a car that you want serviced properly especially if you own a euro car which are very particular on how they get serviced this is the place to go to. I have plenty of horror stories personally and from friendsy that have taken their Euro cars to a shop and it comes back with more issues because the service was done improperly. I am glad to say I have never experienced that at Lake County Euros.

Owning a pre-owned Mini Cooper is always a challenge. A challenge to maintain it, a challenge to keep it on the road and a challenge to your own personal sanity.
That being said, Lake County Euros is the unsung hero for my Mini Cooper.
This is my third visit to the garage and each time I was treated with kindness and respect.
I have had major repairs to my car in the past year and can only give you one word to describe why I continue to return to them, INTEGRITY.
I understand the money involved to maintain my car and have never once felt taken advantage of. They doggedly work to find the problem and have always been successful.
I trust them so much, I recommend my daughter use them for her VW. That’s huge.

Everything about Lake county Euros was such a pleasant experience. I don’t think I have ever been to a repair shop that is so organized, so respectful of their customers and honest in all they do, luv this place. My new choice for euro auto repair hands down!

My first experience with Lake County Euros and I am so happy to have found such a reliable and honest shop. The shop is clean and inviting, while the staff is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. I will always take my car to them for anything I cannot do myself.

My Audi Q5 was serviced and quickly returned with all work performed and running great. The owner and his wife were very friendly and I had no reservations leaving my vehicle with them for a couple of days. I highly recommend Frankie and the team at Lake County Euros. A+++ I can not begin to thank the incredible team at Lake County Euros enough for their outstanding customer service and dedication to European vehicles. I brought my BMW i3 to them after having a terrible experience (once again) with Fields BMW. Fields wanted to charge me over $7,500 for a brake problem my car was having. I called at least a dozen other mechanics in a 25 mile radius of Fields BMW and they either referred me back to BMW, quoted me the same, or said they didn't have the tools or experience to repair my problem. I know that seems far fetched, but the issue was with the DSC/ABS module on my all electric car that was locking up my brakes.

One call to Lake County Euros and the team gave me realistic expectations and a more than reasonable estimate. They were easy to work with and truly dedicated time that had a passion to fix my car. After 14 failed attempts by the ODB-II computer, they were finally able to reprogram the module and put everything back together honoring the originally quoted price too!

Furthermore, after seeing I also owned a VW they were enthusiastic in making recommendations and suggestions to "wake-up" my VW and tweak its performance too. Their friendliness, honesty, and passion for cars is everything a person could ask from a mechanic.

Oh, and they completed the job for 1/3 of the price Fields BMW was demanding. In my mind, Lake County Euros has not only earned a customer for life, I will recommend them to all European car owners I know.

I never leave reviews, but I'm breaking my rule to give these guys 5 stars for professionalism, strong communication, ease of drop off / pick up, pricing and high quality of work. I used to go to the Volvo dealership in Winter Park for service, but I'm converting to Lake County Euros.

We have taken our 2001 Jaguar XJ8 to this shop several times over the past few years. Each time we received excellent service. On a Holiday weekend we hit something in the road and had our car towed to Lake County Euros. We were not sure what was wrong but upon impact, our Jag locked up and we could not start it. The morning the shop opened I received a call and my car was fixed and ready before noon that day and it cost much less than we anticipated! This is a very ethical car repair shop and we Highly recommend their service!

Finally I found the right shop for our euro cars.

They are very knowledgeable and honest. Reasonably priced.

Fast service and kept their word on the estimate time of the vehicle being ready to be picked up.

Pro - they have the alignment machine, tire mounting and balancing in the house! Saves me headaches and time so I don't have to go around like an pinball machine bouncing around from shop to other shop to other shop for new tires then mounting them alignment. Hence "hit 2 birds with one stone"

They followed my instructions to the letter. I am very impressed.

Con - what cons are there to talk about?

You will count on it that we will be coming back soon!

Top notch professional work, quick turn around, excellent communication at a reasonable price
I've had my vehicle (2013 Audi S6) to lake county euros twice now, both times they impressed me with their skill and knowledge. They know their stuff, they got the work done in a timely manner, and kept me in the loop on the progress. Ultimately they took care of everything I had brought it in for and I was very comfortable with the charges for the work performed. I am very happy with lake county euros and will not be taking my car anywhere else.

A fellow Porsche friend of mine recommended Lake County Euros because of the great experience he had. I took my 2002 911 for service and had a great experience.

One of the best European car shops in Orlando they do great work and keep things clean from oil changes to full performance builds you can go wrong. Frankie will keep your car running right and not take you to the cleaners

They replaced my GLK intake manifold because of a leak, and replaced a faulty auxiliary battery. They completed the work in a timely, and hopefully effective manner. Much appreciated.

What a different experience from most mechanic shops! Guys are not only incredibly knowledgeable about what they are doing with these imports, but they actually have people skills and value the customer. They answered all my questions without rushing me and took quite a bit of time doing so. They went will beyond what was expected in order to help me understand all my options and even teach me a lot of things that I needed to know about the car that they were not even working on. I'm truly impressed and will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone that needs a mechanic shop for a European car.

EXTREMELY THANKFUL I found these guys! They were a life saver, brought my Bmw x5 in for a second opinion on a 6k quote that I received. Not only was it 4500 dollars less it was a completely different part that was making the clunking sound.

Taylor was very knowledgeable over the phone and was willing to help with an educated estimate of what the issue was over the phone.
