This store is very clean always neat and has the wonderful staff. The store manager Missy is by far one of the sweetest and kindest store mangers I’ve came across in a while. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted as soon as you step foot in the store and immediately asks if you need help in finding anything. The staff members are the same as well, Asha is one of a kind she is funny , kind and not only is she so helpful but she really knows her fashion and will make sure you not only feel good in what your trying on but she will also make sure you are up to date on all the new trends for older woman as myself, Alisha and Isabella are all not only kind welcoming and have great customer service mannerisms but they actually care to see you happy in whatever you have chosen to purchase. Walking in there if you’ve every felt low confidence about a certain look your going for just know they will hype you up to fullest just to make sure you have the biggest smile on your face. You definitely will feel your best self walking out. Windsor changed my outlook on attire and I feel I went from frumpy to fabulous and I owe it all to the amazing way I felt when all of these staff members helped me out.

I absolutely love this store and the staff! One of my favorite's is Asha. She's always so cheerful and helpful. She never fails me when I'm in dire need of some fashion sense while shopping!

Asha always helps me find super cute outfits and clothes. She is super sweet and nice. Their clothes are affordable and nice. I went looking for a last minute gown and found just what I needed with Asha’s help.

Great store! Quality clothing! Amazing customer service! Missy went above and beyond to help me get a dress that I just loved! Honestly the best customer service I have ever received. If she isn’t the manager then she definitely should be because this store would forever thrive! This company should honor her for having put so much energy in to ensuring her customers satisfaction.

My mom, little sister, and I were checking out with the store manager, Missy, when a scary incident of a possible active shooter began. Missy was extremely assertive and secured her perimeter of the store while also assisting customers in the evacuation through the back doors. Albany was also working that evening and was extremely comforting during the situation and being able to assist the customers to safety. We thank these ladies for their bravery and willingness to help the customers out of such a terrifying time. Times like these throw people into panic and we are just so grateful that we had these wonderful women in charge and act so quickly for the safety of everyone.

This store is amazing. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Melissa (Missy) and we couldn't have asked for a better person to be there. She made dress shopping a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond. You just felt like you knew her your whole life. We will surely keep shopping at the Gainesville store.

The assistant manager Loreesa (I hope I spelled that correctly) was absolutely amazing. I am getting married on the 14th and had an issue with my dress being in on time so she helped me pick the perfect one. Very attentive and kind! Absolutely the best sales associate I’ve encountered in a very long time! I love this store and would recommend 100%. Thank you so much for being great!!

This store is the best place to get dresses. They have so many options to chose from. Missy went out of her way to help find the perfect dress for my daughter and her friend. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Went in looking for something to wear to my sisters graduation and was pleasantly greeted by Bambi who went above and beyond to assist me and help me piece together my outfit. Bambi’s customer service skills are absolutely amazing and she will continue to bring customers in due to her skills.

I was super impressed by how eager Renee was to help me, even as she had to contend with a dressing room nearly full of women. She was super awesome, and I got out with a much better dress (for a better price) than anything my bf could’ve helped me with!!
