I am 51. I have been a buckle customer for about 10 years. I don’t buy clothes anywhere else but buckle. I go in there thinking I want one thing and leave with something different but beautiful. Misty has trained her staff to make the customers feel magnificent.

I had a great experience here this afternoon! I’ve never shopped at Buckle before and didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away by the selection of cute/comfortable clothing, and the experience provided by the associates. Misty was amazingggg! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and took a lot of care to assist me in finding items that looked good and made me feel good. Thank you so much, Misty and the other associates working today! I’ll definitely be a returning customer at this location.

Misty is the best!! The whole staff is wonderful but misty has always been our go to. She knows how we like our experience to be and she let's that happen. She is always smiling and positive. She has also helped my daughter come out of her shell and try some new things. I'd recommend anyone to go to see her personally for your shopping needs. Love the store I love the hey dude shoes they are so comfortable and also like the jeans kancan they fit picture. Products they sell are very well made. I will be purchasing more clothes because I like how they fit. Everyone that works there were amazing and helpful and I was informed the can also do alterations if need. Definitely recommend.

This store and the staff are my absolute favorite. I’ve messaged Misty to let her know I was coming in and she took the time to check out my social media, see what I like to wear and then had a dressing room set up with exactly what I would wear. That’s customer service!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at Gainesville buckle. Misty in particular has been helping me style for big events since I was in high school! She and her staff are so attentive and encouraging when anyone comes in. I’m thankful for their help!! This picture is from my latest style by Misty. She did so amazing and I’m so thankful for her help! My clothes are always top notch. Again, I can’t say enough wonderful things about them.

Buckle is one of my all time favorite stores. The Gainesville location exceeds the 5 star rating by far. I always have a great experience when I go there, most recently being the best. I was helped by Anna, she did the most phenomenal job ever! I didn't feel like she was just trying to make a sale, I felt that she actually cared about how I looked and felt in the clothing I tried on and purchased. She was most knowledgeable in regards to sizing, fit and what I was looking for. She gave me the info on a card to help with my future shopping at Buckle. Anna made me want to spend more money there and I'm already going back in a few days for more! I hope that she is recognized for her outstanding customer service, and what an asset she is to Buckle!!

This is the second my Husband and I have come into this store. On both visits we have been provided with one on one customer service. Cheyenne, Jessica, and Misty assisted me is choosing outfits based on my likes and dislikes. Which they learned through questions and were also able to help me try new styles as well. My husband is a very difficult shopper and tough to please, however they are able to help him find everything he likes and wants. They are so fantastic I highly recommend these 3 ladies and this Buckle location!

Everyone in that place is phenomenal. If you want to be dressed to impressed then this is the place you need to go. Not only will you leave satisfied with your purchase, but you will literally have the best shopping experience ever. The store Manager is like no other...she will more than likely be the first to greet you and flash that million dollar smile! If you haven't had the opportunity to check this place out, you should do it today!

The staff was awesome. I've never set foot in the store until today and I had the best experience of any store in the mall. Normally most retail staff isn't that into helping you. They made me feel as if everything was made just for me. Heck the manager there was hot too (i have a secret crush). Anyways I'm a loyal customer for here on out.

If you like their clothes, this is a good place to shop. LOTS of jeans for everyone!! Shoe selection is nice. Store is clean, and well organized. Staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive. Easy location near Belk....highly recommend.

I have never bought anything from here not because I don’t like it, but because I find it very expensive. the store itself is very nice, employees are very prompt and they even explained all the types of jeans they carry. Their clothes are very pretty!

Misty & her crew are wonderful! I needed an outfit super quick. They had me out of there in 30min with clothes I know I’ll wear often. I’ll be back for sure!

The staff was amazing. Their eagerness and excitement to help me find clothes and accessories was out of this world. They treat you so kindly and are always informing you of the latest promotions and sales they have to offer. BEST BUCKLE AROUND!

The customer service exceeded expectations and is unlike any other place I've been to in the mall. They went above and beyond trying to help me get the right size and fit.

The ladies in the store were not only helpful but kind, they had a pretty wide selection and helped my husband find a jacket that he really loved.

Always personalized service. Love that someone can look at you and see what will look nice on you. And don’t hesitate to take something back that doesn’t fit right. They are wonderful here.
