I had to go to Lowes last week because my water heat broke and I needed new flooring. The guy in flooring greated me with the kindest smile and was so helpful. It made my bad day a better one. He knew exactly what I needed for the repairs and made sure I had everything I would need. I wish this didn't happen but I'm thankful to have such a kind and knowledgeable worker to make it easier to deal with.

I ordered on line. Easy to navigate the process.
In less than two hours I was notified my order was ready. It’s so convenient to shop without being lost in the store.
Great customer service. For the past 15 years I have the pleasure of being taken care of a young lady.
I like the store how it’s organized.
Above all I love their garden department. Vibrant beautiful flowers, shrubs, trees and more. It’s a well organized department. I like how they sell flowers that they are a little sad looking instead of letting them really be at near death.
I highly recommend Lowe’s. A well organized corporation and they take care of their employees.

This Lowes is the best stocked and most neatly organized of any Lowes in the area. The sales help has always been first rate.

It seems to be better than its rival down the road. I would say quailty products at a reasonable price. Can be pricey but also sales are usually available. So its a 50/50 shot. If i go to lowes competition its because they dont have the item in stock

My lowes is located in williamsburg. I posted here yesterday after being disgruntled about our dryer coming in broken and dented and having missing parts that we paid for, but went into my lowes this morning instead of going back and forth with online customer service and getting nowhere. Kim assisted me and was the MVP. Not only did she schedule a time for the team to come grab the broken dryer, she got us another one ordered that will be here in less than a week. she's amazing as is the customer service team at my lowes and I send my gratitude and appreciation to them.

To add, I think lowes should vet through their workers. One thing Kim told me today was that I signed for the stuff we received. I never signed. Even showed her my license that has my signature and the signature did not match. Additionally, we were missing a power cord (which we were refunded for but were initially told by the lowes online support we were basically out of luck and that I signed for it even though I told them I never signed for anything), and the delivery guys were supposed to install both the washer and dryer and did not. I would also recommend ensuring delivery teams speak English (not at all trying to be rude); I think there was a disconnect between myself and the team as they didn't speak English and unfortunately my husband wasn't home from work yet (he speaks Spanish and could've handled it, but where he works he doesn't have signal).

One last recommendation is in regard to flooring. we're going through lowes for a flooring project that started towards the beginning of November and were told they'd have the whole project done for us before Christmas. They came and did measurements, then we didn't hear anything for like 2 weeks even though we kept calling and asking when the quote would be done. When we went in, they said we never told them the floor type we wanted, even though we did each time we called. another week went by and haven't heard anything. we went into lowes to see what was going on and they told us we had to pick out new connecting pieces as the flooring type we ordered doesn't have matching pieces. had we not gone in we wondered if they would've bothered to call or even tell us. we are now waiting again to see when the rest of our materials will come in (projecting 16 dec). I recommend maybe doing a weekly sync with the teams. each time we called to ask about updates it was a different person; zero continuity. so I'm assuming people are getting off work and not caring to do a proper hand over of information and then everything gets lost in translation and isn't important because it's not their personal project.

Came to this store at 7:45pm on Sunday, the workers were incredible!!!! We were blown away with their kindness! :)

We had a new dryer installed. The installer pointed out our dryer vent was blocked. We called a dryer vent company and they found the dryer vent was never connected going back to when likely our house was built. With the dryer vent fixed we feel our new dryer will last much longer because an attention to detail and excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

I recently purchased a refrigerator that was needed ASAP. I was told due to the Labor Day sale the one I wanted was sold out. I was very disappointed as this one I really liked and needed quickly. Our salesman Keith starting a search and after several telephone calls and conversations found one that could be delivered in nine days. Though it was longer than I had hoped I was so happy to get the one I really wanted. Delivery was right on time and they took away the old one. Thanks Lowe’s I love your store and your salesman Keith!

Had a good time looking over the vast inventory of merchandise. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the bargains on gloves and paint. I couldn't find the drawer knobs I wanted but they told me they could order them.

Went at 9pm on a Friday night & very few customers there. Store is clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and available, more available than when I've gone earlier in the day. Check out and self check out are usually smoother and quicker at this store than most Lowes (& Home Depots for that matter).

They have a super friendly staff and are pretty knowledgeable. I depend on them greatly because I am renovating my home myself. I bought all my new appliances and toilets there last year and when I had a problem with a cracked tank they helped me get that problem solved quickly. I bought a display model grill there once and dragged it over to hardware where two associates helped me located every thing I needed to straighten it up tighten it down. Awesome!

We were looking for some wire shelving for the master closet to store shoes and such. Stopped in at Home Depot first as it was on our way and did find one possibility. Then checked Lowe's just around the corner and found another shelf kit for a little less $.
The sales rep working the customer service desk offered to cash us out there so we didn't even have to wait in line. Friendly low stress shopping made our visit to Lowe's a pleasure.

I don't usually review chain stores or restaurants, but I highly recommend the order and pickup service that Lowe's offers. While I love browsing in this store, the pickup from the locker is such a time-saver!

I searched online first. I was going to purchase online and pickup at the store but kept getting kicked off. I knew what I wanted and knew they had it. Easy in, I had a little trouble finding the item but an employee asked if I needed help while I was looking and once I gave him the product code we had it quickly. 5 stars for the great employee, I should have gotten his name.

Great store. I always check online before driving to store and the inventory always matches. I needed help in the lawn and garden equipment section and Chris Thompson was was awesome to deal with! He showed me exactly where the products was I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and friendly!

Lowes is consistently better staffed, friendlier help. Layouts can vary from location. Returns were handled efficiently and with a smile.
