Ordered item online, went to store to pick up. Order was ready service was good

Joe, I believe his name, is AMAZING. He gives great customer service but also when I was in store I could hear him talking to other customers passionately about games. I work in retail as well, and honestly him and Coley are a joy to walk in and be greeted by and assist. From my experience people like to just review when it’s bad but truly those two guys were great. Also, I’m sad to say I didn’t catch her name at Monticello location but she has glasses and shoulder length hair - PERFECT customer service. If I wasn’t so impressed I probably would’nt leave this review but I had an enjoyable experience at both locations 3 days in a row.

Been doing business with GameStop on Rochambeau and Williamsburg. You have some of the best employees I’ve ever seen especially Kyle and Joe. They were so professional so knowledgeable so polite if I had them as employees I would still be in business. Good employees like Joe and Kyle seriously, hard to fine they both are second to none.

Store was clean and well organized. Staff were absolutely amazing. Jacob talked with us for several minutes about games we were interested and helped us make a decision. We ended up picking a different game than we originally went in for and my daughter loves it. Highly recommend!

Best one in the surrounding areas .. every time we go the people are so nice and VERY informative. The one young lady that has waited on us twice was so patient with my kids and all the questions a 6 and 11 could possibly come up with.

An employee named Alina helped me obtain a spongebob game for my nieces. They were really helpful and answered all of my questions. A different employee helped me when my game arrived at the store. Also friendly and helpful. This is a great place to buy games. A lot of the used game prices are better than eBay and Amazon.

Went in here today for the first time. The gentlemen -Cory was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but this guy was way worth the time!! Thanks!!

Before this Gamestop, the closest to me was a 20 minute drive. This is more like a 5 minute drive and it is a smaller store with a big inventory. Despite that, everything is in it's place, easy to find and the people who are hired on have always been very welcoming and kind.
