Been going there now for about 3 months. Love going in there. Very clean,colorful, and organized. They know their products very well. I always go with their suggestions. Aladdin is great to talk to and his partner at the other location are very helpful. Each oe remembers you when you come in and always want to how your products were when you bought them. Sometimes I leave there with free samples of some of the products. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been here three times now with a friend and I have to say they have the best customer service I’ve seen!! Employees are patient and very knowledgeable about the products and answer any questions you have (even some of my dumber questions being a newbie lol!) I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for and they helped me narrow it down. The product selection is almost overwhelming, but that’s a very good thing - I love the variety they have and I try something new every time I go. :)

Always a great day when I come out of Cosmo's. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on products. They know better than sometimes you do! I would recommend Aladdin's recommendations. He's also always friendly and willing to help where he can. Joe is also willing to make things right and serve the community as a business well. I'm happy they're established and would recommend this smoke shop over any.

Huge kratom selection, best I've ever seen in 757. prices are obviously more than buying it online, but very fair and reasonable for in store pricing. The gentleman working are always kind and pleasant; I'm truly beyond thrilled to have this shop in our town :)

Joe runs the best shop in town. I was afraid I'd never find a shop as good as the one in my college town, but these guys work a tight ship. Amazing selection of glass, flower, and just about anything under the sun. Hits the fine line and brings corporate store selection together with local business charm and character

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They are superior to any other tobacco store that I have ever been too. Customer service is excellent and they are so knowledgeable! They offer a wide variety of products and every thing that they offer is top notch. If you. haven't visited the store yet, it is essential that you go check it out for yourself! I cannot say enough good things about this place! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
