Welp, being a guy who has absolutely no care for jewelry what so ever..... the employee's there helped me pick out some stuff for my wife...... And there other women there that are jealous of her now..... so yea, y'all get 5 stars....

My husband and I came in today for our 16 yr wedding anniversary and was helped by Chelsea was Awesome!! She was so helpful and Super friendly!! So glad my husband and I went in there today!! Thanks Chelsea!!

My jewelry was cleaned here, and they performed a terrific job. I was speaking with the
employee, and they provided me with a wealth of information on the jewelry and how to buy charms from another state or country.

Celeste! There are so many words to describe her. She is approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, has a contagious smile, kind, understanding, friendly, patient, great listener, empathetic etc. She also remembered what I was in for and was able to show me other options I may like that I had not thought about that were more perfect than what I had in mind. I am very pleased with my purchase for many reasons. She went above and below expectations and exceeded my expectations. She was also very kind in letting my husband and son who had purchased some jewelry from there a few days prior show me what they liked for me. If we asked about something she did not hesitate to show me/us. She did allowed me to process and make the right decision for me that best suited my needs. THANK YOU CELESTE!!! You did an incredible job and I have NEVER had this kind of service at a Pandora store ever. I will definitely come back to this location and hope you are still there for a while to continue to help guide me into my themes and my stories for my 5 bracelets that I have. Pandora has a Gem of a employee in their hands! Thank you Pandora for hiring CELESTE she had the perfect personality for me.

My wife has visited this location and worked with Haley and Dara with great success. Today I was with her in searching for a special piece. Haley and Dara were both very helpful in the process. They spent the time to make a customer feel good about the decision. They offered suggestions as well as alternatives. The discussion was efficient yet not rushed. It was nice to see people with deep product knowledge as well as experience with how to make each customer feel unique.

I recently visited this store with my 11 year old daughter to purchase her a bracelet for her birthday. Natalie was amazing... patient, sweet, helpful... my daughter kept trying different colors and charm combinations and Natalie let her take her time and never once rushed us or made us eel unwelcome. At the end, the rest of the team helped gift wrap the bracelet to make it even more special. Thanks Natalie!

This Pandora should receive nothing but the highest possible rating. Every time I stop in, whether it's to just look around or to purchase, I am treated so kindly by the associates. They are welcoming and always have a great attitude. On my last visit, I was helped by two lovely associates, Courtney and Natalie who both made very personal connections and gave me great assistance in picking out my jewelry. Not only did they help me pick out a beautiful piece but Natalie even offered to clean the Pandora rings I wore into the store! Above and beyond customer service.

I always receive great customer care when I visit the store. I worked with Andrea and Michelle recently they were awesome. My concern is the store doesn’t have a machine to clean jewelry. Cleaning jewelry by hand is time consuming and not a good use of your staff time. The time one of them spent cleaning my jewelry by hand could have been spent on a sale.

Great guest service! Natalie helped me find the perfect bangle for mother’s day! She then showed me the shine collection and I fell in love with the bee ring. Thanks for having a great staff to help find the perfect gift and jewelry.

I have always had a great experience at this Pandora location, especially with the store manager. The staff welcomed me, informed me of the current promotions, and let me take the time to choose the right piece for me. While I shopped, they offered to clean the Pandora rings I was currently wearing, and gave me tips on how to keep my jewelry in the best shape possible. Again, great experience and will definitely be coming back.

In November, my daughter and I made a trip to the Pandora Store in the Mall. I order for me to get around I need my scooter and I have low vision, but I wanted to put a bracelet together that reminds me of the beach, as I am moving to the beach next summer. That day we met Natalie, she was amazing and very patient with me.

Over the course of the last seven/eight months, she continues to help. My bracelet has more charms, all gorgeous, this past week I added a locket necklace, it is beautiful and fun picking out charms for the necklace.

I highly recommend this store and the employees, especially Natalie.

Visited this store twice this morning looking for a birthday gift. Celeste was most helpful in helping me select just the right thing! In addition when I complained how difficult getting the bracelet on and off was she showed me a new removal set they have. So helpful!!

I had a great experience here while picking out a gift for my girlfriend. I was greeted by Celeste right as I entered, she was great! She helped me pick a beautiful bracelet as well as some charms to go along with it. Also she suggested other charms I can add to it in the future! Thank you so much!!!

Came in to exchange a charm bracelet ordered on line. Renzo assisted my husband and I and was very professional and efficient. Not only did we get the bracelet exchanged, but we ended up with 3 new charms (clip, murano bead,and regular bead) for our anniversary. Excellent service and will be back.

I shopped there this morning. The shopgirl, Andrea, was very patient and active in figuring out the problem that how to satisfy the requirement for the 50% off discount. I finally was not qualified for the 50% off discount but I really satisfied the service she provided.

This is a lovely store that's always helpful with what they can, if they don't have an item on-hand then they are helpful with seeing if it's online and available.

I love Pandora to begin with but this store and employees have made it. My friend and I stop by quiet often and we love it. We were in two weeks ago and she got her starter braclet as her and her sisters are starting one. Today she wanted another addition and they had a special. Well it was the best visit yet! Renzo is possibly the best sales associate there and very knowledgeable. Not only giving us tips on everything. This will be the only store we go to and I always tell my friends and family about it.
