I want to start off by saying everyone was very friendly and amazing. Maya was the one who helped me and she was amazing. She assisted with my watch adjustment and while she was doing that we engaged in random conversations. Hands down 5 star customer service and highly recommend this store to everybody.

Jennifer was a great help in getting my new watch fitted and adjusted to perfection! She even cleaned my prior watch after the adjustment. Great customer service and great quality work!

Cathy at Zales at the Oaks mall in Gainesville, Florida was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I went there to have our wedding rings cleaned and inspected. She had trouble finding our records, but finally found them in the database. We have had this problem in the past when we brought them for cleaning and inspection. Even though the staff has always been courteous and helpful, they never fixed the problem so when we returned, the problem with finding our records came up again. Cathy was determined the fix the problem, and she did. Because of her determination, the problem is fixed. The staff will no longer have problems locating our records. It is employees like Cathy that make visits a comfortable atmosphere. She is a valuable asset to your corporation. We highly recommend her for any position she may seek.

Husband took me for my birthday to Zales in Gainsville's, had the honor to have Claudette attend to us. She was absolutely amazing. She was helpful and patient with my husband, my 4 kids and myself since I could not make my mind up on a Necklace. She listened to what I wanted and was looking for and gave me many options to see. Finally we made a decision and got two necklace with a pendent at a great price. She also cleaned all my rings! Thank you Claudette for the great customer service, hard to find now a days.

Mary and Jennifer were blessings! Had such awful experiences until now with my engagement ring coming back wrong 4 TIMES! They were confident and sweet and immediately fixed everything that had gone wrong! It fits and looks perfect.

My boyfriend and I went to this Zales earlier this year to look for potential engagement rings. Z helped us that time and we never felt pressured and he was very friendly and informative. Fast forward to now, my boyfriend needs me to pick out a ring 😅. So I figured I’d check out IDC (international diamond company) to see if they had anything different. What I found was a different vibe. I mentioned we were looking for lab created rings and she just became wide eyed and told me they weren’t real and that they’d depreciate in value and nothing is like a real diamond (I’m not bashing on anyone who chose a genuine diamond, we just wanted a lab one). She immediately shut it down and after that the rest of the experience wasn’t genuine. If I gave her an idea of what I wanted, she’d go for a more flashy version of it. So I politely said thank you and saved the information she gave me. I got in my car and went straight back to Zales. Jennifer helped me this time and just like with Z, it was a chill and pleasant experience. She really listened to what I liked, answered all my questions honestly, and gave me reassurance with their protection plans. I’m happy to say that I told my boyfriend which ring I’ve decided on for him to get at Zales. Thanks again Jennifer for all of your help!

Maryann is amazing! We took my ring in for a different problem but when it came back, she was so observant that she noticed it was missing a stone. She immediately sent it back and called us to let us know that she couldn't give us a ring that she wasn't proud to give out based on its quality. When it came back, the ring was even more beautiful then we we purchased it. Thank you Maryanne!
