We rented a large 6 bedroom home from a vacation by owner website. The driveway was very steep and some of the 7 cars in our party had to park pulled over on the road in front of the house. The "barney fife" police team came to the house and flashed the blue lights and proceeds to be the rudest ever. All they had to say was can you get over a little more for safety sake. It was 1 car that was not over enough. I seriously thought they were going to pull guns. Acted like real a holes. We were all middle to upper age people but were treated terribly. We will not be back as other aspects of the resort lack customer service also. Next time, our money will be spent at wintergreen.

Unjust ticket. Literally for crossing over the white road edge line in a corner. Obviously seeking revenue. The officer couldn’t even tell me where. He just said “one of the corners”. I wholeheartedly support the police in their difficult job, but this was just flat out wrong on their part.
