Service was awesome. Prices were very doable and they’re going to hold my furniture for a month till I get my house. I’m super happy thank you.

I found the furniture pieces I wanted online. I called to get a quote and got a very quick response. They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the furniture they carry and order in. I am happy with the experience and excited for my new furniture!

As soon as we stepped through the door we were 1 on 1 welcomed by Heidi. She immediately let us know there was a special and to not look at any $ numbers but to let her know what we were interested in for best pricing deals on sets and that all recliner chairs & chairs had a huge sale. She even went a step further as we looked at a set to let us know that Conlin's included a 5year warranty on the set we wanted and what the warranty covered specifically since we have a 2year old. No hassle, no hustling, just straight forward and quick pricing. She even waited while we looked for additional furniture since we were able to find a deal with tax and delivery far under our expectations. Considering we started out looking for an office chair but ended with a living room set with all reclining seats and a swivel/rocker for another room without breaking the budget, we were incredibly happy! Delivery was on time, personable but professional. They quickly sent up for us. We have now been enjoying our beautiful and comfy additions to the home.
We are new to the area and after looking at some other places was certain we would be spending much more or possibly having to order with long waits. I absolutely appreciated being able to walk into Conlin's store for us to try the products and that the furniture was only 2 weeks to receive (coming from SD warehouse).

My husband and I were in shopping for a new mattress. When we walked in, the customer service rep was busy with another couple. Unfortunately she was alone as her co-worker was stuck out of town due to weather. We walked around and ultimately found two small recliners that would work great in our 5th wheel camper in addition to the mattress we were looking for. Lo and behold the mattress we picked out along with the recliners ended up being less than what we expected to pay for the mattress alone. She was a great help and thanked us for being patient while she helped other customers, since she was the only worker there.

I walked in just looking, didn't have any idea what I was looking for. I had to go back and measure my new apartment so the sales lady B could make sure I had something that fit and catered to my taste.Once we found what appealed to me she bent over backwards for me to get it at a good price with the correct warranty and coverage a person needs for new furniture, I was very impressed she did an excellent job and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. My hats off to B you need to keep that girl around!
