Walmart Pharmacy

Kaiden was so incredibly helpful! My brand of seizure medicine is suddenly out of stock and really hard to find. Kaiden called to let me know and he also called around to see who had some! He found a location who could fill it for me and then called to make sure that it gets filled within 24 hours! I could not be more grateful. He didn’t have to do any of that and he did. So thankful!

My husband went there today and they REALLY helped him out with a medication we could not afford but really needed. Every time I have went there, everyone working from the people up front to the pharmacist are very nice and helpful. Even when they are super busy, they're are still excellent, fast, and nothing but nice and they've helped us out several times when the Dr. wasn’t in/ couldn't get ahold of them! Thank you for today it's really appreciated!

Walmart pharmacy has always tried to go out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. They are a busy pharmacy and if you go during peak hours expect to wait. I've used their drive-up curb service and there was never much of a wait. I commend them on their service!

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for almost 6 years. Every time I go there I am impressed with how great the pharmacists and the staff are. They're helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I've also received shots here and they do a great job!

I love that you can speak to a pharmacist quickly and they are patient and knowledgeable with your questions.

The pharmacy is great at this location. I’m not a fan of the way they are rearranging the store and have closed in the line area for the pharmacy though.

Great pharmacy, great staff, this pharmacy does a huge volume and still remains personal and freindly everytime I walk in.

Terrific pricing and the mobile express pharmacy is a terrific way to skip the lines. In and out in a flash.

This Walmart pharmacy blows the 12th ave out of the water. The pharmacy on 12th makes way to many mistakes.

Normally we’ve been happy with this pharmacy, but recently a few things have been frustrating:

1) My child’s nurse practitioner was writing prescriptions for 31 days (instead of 30) causing us to double pay for everything. The pharmacy never gave us a heads-up about it, we had to call the insurance to figure out why it was happening.

2) The drive-thru has been closed a LOT lately. I’m assuming they’re short handed so I’m willing to overlook that, although it is a big hassle when I have my disabled kids in the car with me.

3) My husband drove all the way down there last night after working a 12-hour shift (we live pretty far away) and they had closed early?!! Like, by over an hour. He got there around 7:30 and they are supposed to close at 9:00. This is unacceptable, not just because my husband was tired but for all sorts of other reasons. What about people who don’t have a car and have to find transportation to pick up their medications? What about healthcare providers who need to reach the pharmacy in an emergency situation? Etc.

I don’t know what’s going on lately but it’s a little irritating to be a customer right now.
