Again and again. People not pay for park and take the space. At lease they not take the one for handicap space.

This locations have staff to take care for reserved parking thank you.
But no one wake up.

I think 15 x 365 day = $5475 is not enough to hire security only night shift for check parking reservation.

Do you think who not pay $16for parking??? Lol. They have 3space left before midnight. I forgot to take a picture. More money lost for pilot.

I stopped here on the way home with my wife the day after seeing the Browns beat the Steelers Nov. 19 with DTR at QB. We got breakfast from Wendy's, not our typical option but they are good. I asked the worker behind the counter for some creamer for my coffee, he said for a Browns fan you can have as many as you want, the Browns are going to the Super Bowl!!!
It's time to start believing him, this is a team of destiny.

A parking spot at night (I got lucky)! Great shower! Thanks Terra, and the other friendly lady who works there, for being so nice. If I win anything from these lottery tickets I just bought there I will come back and give you both a tip.

Workers were in good spirits despite working on Thanksgiving. Always nice to be greeted with a smile. 😃 store was clean also 😊

Veru nice customer service Tony was very nice. Don't see many upbeat workers no more. He was very upbeat and friendly.

Very clean place, workers are very nice. Small fuel Island area compared to some places but worth the wait. Starting stopping at this pilot instead of my usual one of my route, the other one could take a few pointers from this one on cleanliness and politeness.

Pilot travel centers are top notch facilities. Good food, beverage, grocery and other road necessities. Always clean bathrooms no matter where or how busy they get.

Clean and friendly location. Plenty to purchase during your travel break! Enjoy some Subway at this location.

Today is 6/10/2023 I am an owner operator that just take a Shower 🚿 at 12:30 PM the Shower is CLEAN AND NEAT I CAN EVEN SEE MY FACE ON THE FLOOR I GIVE A 5 STARS🌟 ✨✨✨✨

This place gets an easy five stars from me! After coming out of the shower, which was very clean and felt like heaven, I had something in my eye that I wasn’t able to blink away. As I approached the counter to pay for my items, it was obvious that I was in distress. Well the young lady behind the counter stopped ringing customers and found someone cover for her while she assisted me better than any ophthalmologist ever could! She even took me out to her car so that I could use the visor mirror to try to get the object out. The woman was a young, rather petite lady with medium-length brown hair. I wished I was able to get her name for the review, but she knows who she is, and I am so very thankful for her help. We need more people in the world like you young lady! Sorry that my husband was rushing me to get back to the truck, unaware of what was going on.

This location is always clean. Workers here are fast while staying friendly, but today I want to single out my cashier Jamie. A few minutes ago I was having some tech issues which effected my funds. Although I was throughly frustrated/embarrassed she showed great patience & was extremely sweet. Then selflessly as if nothing happened, without even saying a word she took what little I had. I didn’t realize she had generously helped until I started pumping gas. You guys have an exceptional employee in her!

Solid as far as pilot goes. Staff inside doesn’t play games, get the lines moving quick. Plenty of spots at 2000 on a Tuesday. Shower good, coffee was clean and good.

Very clean facility to refresh yourself with food and beverages. We did not refuel, nonetheless, the prices were better than most. The restrooms were surprisingly well-maintained. The hand scrub dispenser was pleasantly unexpected and a special treat for weathered hands.

Clean restrooms. It smelled amazing when we walked in the store...fresh cinnamon rolls and anything you could want. Coffee selection was great and tasted like coffee should taste. Personnel were friendly and helpful!

It is a really good travel center. They have lots of stuff in the store that you may need in your road trip. It has good parking space and fast food chain attached, if you are looking for food.
They have clean and well built Restrooms. And...For some reason I liked the coffee. Happy to discover how good Pilot Travel center is. :)

Plenty of easy parking on a Saturday afternoon. Roomy and clean showers with plenty of pressure and hot water. Whoever is in charge of the A/C thermostat, is my hero! Nice and cool inside, enough to keep the humidity at bay. Wendy's was fast and hot. It was overall a great experience.

Stopped for a shower and a hot meal. Shower room was clean . Shower ran hot with good volume. Felt really refreshing. The store was clean and organized. The fresh Cinnabon stand was very tempting. Wendy's was quick and hot and good

I stopped for fuel and food yesterday, And as always I got great service and food. I told the young ladies behind the counter I miss their smiles as they were all wearing face mask. When I got to the door they pulled down their mask and smiled and said thanks. It made my day. Thank you 😊
