What a wonderful experience!! Zach is the best!! My fiance and I had a bad experience at Kay, and decided to stop in Diamonds. We found my engagement ring and band. Zach was knowledgeable about his merchandise and respected our budget. No pressure or tricks. Turned around and we went back to purchase our rings!!! Best jeweler experience I have ever had!

Diamonds Forever was fantastic! My fiance and I had a bad experience with getting a custom engagement ring from another jewelry store, but Amir was wonderful to work with. We spent a lot of time with him looking at various settings and discussing ways to customize the ring so it would be perfect for my fiance. We recently picked up the final product and it is gorgeous! Thank you for making her dream come true!

My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here and I am so happy!!! Amir was so personal and nice to us he seemed like he truly cared that we got exactly what we wanted and even went as far as letting us look at multiple styles and diamonds as well as getting the ring made in white gold for me! This is my second time dealing with Zach @ Diamonds Forever.
Recently I have been shopping for an engagement ring and I went to 6 other well recommended popular jewelry stores over Columbus. I spent 2 months visiting stores time and time again cross shopping rings and gem stones by the dozen. I developed my own ranking system for each store based on quality, price, warranty, friendliness, etc... the whole 9 yards. I needed to be confident in my decision as this is the second most valuable purchase in my life. After I was finished with all the other stores in Columbus I ended back at Diamonds Forever. We decided to make a custom ring with a gem stone. The entire process from design (April) to finish (August) took a little longer than expected, but the high quality ring for an excellent price makes the wait very well worth it.

My Fiance absolutely adores her ring, it looks incredible. I'll be sure to stop in first at Diamonds Forever for all my future jewelry purchases, you won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I have shopped here on two different occasions over the last couple of years and have not been disappointed with our visits. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to answer your questions. Our first time in the store we actually left to check the pricing in another jewelry shop in the shopping mall and the staff was very understanding. Diamonds Forever ended up having the best price and the best salesman we encountered. We recently returned to replace a chain that had been damaged and they again were incredibly nice and helpful. I am very happy with our purchase and appreciate the time they took to help us with out questions and show us the different options/price points available to us.

Zach has done a fabulous job in regards to customer service since the first time I visited him back in November of 2014. Worked with me on my price to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive ring in the store (like every other jewelry still did.) We took it back in recently to get cleaned and get re-sized, and it came back remarkable. Zach stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process to let me know what was going on and that he wanted it to be 100% perfect when we picked it up. He tells it exactly how it is and I greatly appreciate that. Definitely will be buying more from him!!

We went to several diamond stores in Tuttle Mall prior to coming to Diamond's Forever. So happy we saw and walked in Diamond's Forever! Zach assisted us with everything and is soooo fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. The entire experience was wonderful! I had a great experience here! I was greeted by one of the two men who was working there right as I set foot in the store. He then proceeded to provide excellent customer service with such attention to detail. I am not knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry, so I was definitely overwhelmed. However, he made sure to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently. I will definitely be back here for engagement ring shopping in the future. It is so important to support family owned local businesses! Highly recommend them!

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring from here. They have great quality jewelry for very reasonable prices. We have never had any issues with our rings or the service. The staff is wonderful and always extremely helpful.

We can't say enough good things about Zach and Diamonds Forever! They were great during the whole selection and design process. I've gone in about 5-6 times every year to get my ring inspected and clean. Zach and his crew always do a great job! We highly recommend!!

It is my experiment in Diamond Forever.

Because of my screw stud diamond earrings are loosing which I bought when I second time visited this store. I bring back to store at Tuttle Crossing Mall for repairing. This time , I meet Mr. Amir, Diamond Sales Specialist again and also meet Mr. Zach, the manager of Diamond Forever. They are welcome me . After I showed them the problem of my earrings, Mr. Zach inspected very detailly and very carefully. Then he replied me that the earrings can be fixed. and Mr. Amir could fix for me right away. Only spent a couple minutes, my earring was fixed. I am so satisfy and happy for their service. They provide such THE BEST after sale service to me and gain me more confidence to buy from them again and again. I will come back soon .

Diamond Forever is offering the reasonable prices, good qualities of jewelries but the most important are their Professional knowledge , sincerely and friendly to service their customers. Five Star ***** store, Five Stars ***** staffs and Five Stars ***** Service.

It is My first time visited experiment:
The best experiment I ever have. Mr. Amir , Diamond Sales Specialist, who served me with professional, and knowledgeable to give me a confidence to buy at his store, although I had looked around the another 4 stores. Because of his professional advise, sincerely and friendly, finally I decided to buy 2 diamond pendant necklaces for my friend's retirement gifts. Again Thank you Mr. Amir . I shall tell my friend who like to buy jewelries to shop at your store.

Went today with my boyfriend to look for a diamond necklace for my birthday gift. After visiting a few other jewerly stores inside the mall, we walked into Diamonds Forever. I was very impressed with our overall experience. This store has a great selection with high quality diamonds and jewerly. Zach is absolutely amazing! He gave us excellent service and didn’t pressure us at all. He took his time explaining the differences between necklaces, gave us awesome suggestions and overall provided outstanding customer service. Would recommend this jewerly store to everyone.

I was super nervous about letting just anyone resize my family heirloom ring. But diamonds forever not only did a phenomenal job, but they did it for a good deal too!! My ring looks brand new and beautiful. And I learned something new about it too, because it is a family heirloom and an older diamond, they used to cut the diamonds differently back when my great grandfather purchased this for my great grandmother. And my ring was finished way faster than expected as well!! Great job!!

Neither my fiancè nor myself have done a lot of higher quality jewelry shopping before, Zach was quite helpful in showing his range of wares. Compared to the Department store jewelry counters, you could see the difference in quality as well as the salesman's knowledge of product. His selection is far nicer than the other store's we visited as well, my future wife absolutely fell in love with her ring, a style that we did not find were offered at other stores.

In comparison to other mainstream store's, such as Jared's, there was no sense of a high pressure sale nor the annoying insistence of knowing where both myself and finacè work. It's an extremely comfortable setting and i would certainly recommend it to others. Also, he gave us a great price. Thanks again Zach.

I am so happy with my wedding rings! I took my rings to several places including where I purchased them
To be told they couldn't be resized smaller. A friend recommended Diamonds Forever. The manager said
They could do them and in a few days, I had my rings! They are Gorgeous and look better than before!!!!

I originally came there looking for a wedding ring for my now fiancée but didn't have much of a budget. Lynn was beyond helpful and explained the diamonds in a way none of the other stores did. The other big chain stores could care less about my smaller budget but not Diamonds Forever. They treated me as if I had 10k to spend. I don't even think about other stores now. I purchased a necklace and now both wedding bands from them and will never go anywhere else!
