Incredible customer service. All the sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I purchased a ring a couple months ago. The process was seamless. Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out of the ring recently. We took the ring back in the store. They were extremely helpful and resolved the problem. 10/10 recommend Helzberg. Particularly the Tuttle mall location.

Love this place! The staff are amazing and so family friendly! They bring great energy and fair advice and assessments so they’re not just trying to sell you top dollar. We’ve had a great experience getting our engagement and wedding rings here and highly recommend them!

Customer service is alive and well at Helzberg Dublin! Every staff member made me feel welcome in the store. They were quick to offer assistance but gave me time to browse on my own. When I was ready to look at pieces, I was patiently shown all of the items I wanted to see and was given detailed information about each item whenever I asked. I've been in the store when no other customers were present and when there was an Alberto show and many customers were present. In both cases, I was greeted and got the attention I needed from the staff. It's a great place to go for jewelry.

The Helzberg store at Tuttle Crossing is one of my favorite places for me to shop. The staff is absolutely top-notch. The store is gorgeous and you always feel like family when you walk in. For any jewelry purchase I make, I don’t go anywhere else. I have been to a couple of Alberto presentations, and they have been very knowledgeable and they don’t push you into buying anything. Please consider this business for your jewelry, purchases and repair.

I went in for an Alberto Trunk Show and was impressed with the high quality and exemplary customer service from the Alberto rep. Steven and the sales rep. Casey. This is my second custom order and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. My only wish would be that they move to a better location with all of the upscale venues in Columbus.

My wife and I got our custom wedding rings at Helzberg. Alea and Becky were awesome! Our rings came in in the promised time and we are very happy with them. Very LGBTQ+ friendly, I was very comfortable talking to the ladies there. Will be going back for anniversary jewelry!

Can't say enough about Becky and her staff!!! They have taken care of us for several years now and they always treat us like family when ever we go in.
