The Sunset Montauk

I’ve stayed at many places in Montauk and loved this one more than most! The ambiance is very quaint and cute, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! I liked the location of the hotel - was off the best and path and quiet which I loved. The outdoor area is amazing, loved sitting and relaxing outside our room! The bathroom in our room was smaller but it was a nice and clean room overall. The one thing I didn’t like was that our neighbor had a dog in their room that would bark a lot. Besides that 10 out of 10 recommend, I already booked my next stay!

Was really nice place. We wanted to heat some food not sure if there was a microwave. Staff very friendly and very nice loungy garden with ping pong seats and bbq. Highly recommend during the week.

The staff were the best I've come across. The rooms were immaculate and the location was quiet and beautiful. Absolutely perfect and can't wait to return!

This place is amazing! We had to find a place to stay after our other hotel would not let us check in. They got us into 2 rooms quickly and got us anything we needed. They saved my sisters birthday weekend!

From the moment I arrived, Stephanie greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. Her professionalism and attentiveness were evident as she efficiently checked me in and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.

Went off-season, and this was a perfect little gem! The rooms are clean and well appointed, and a great location!

Great location and ambience. The room we stayed in was small, but clean and updated. The outdoor space is fantastic, with plenty of seating, gas powered fire pits, BBQ grills, ping pong table, corn hole and water and sunset views. We will definately stay here again!

Wonderful hotel with reasonable pricing, Rooms were spotless, Staff attentive, free ice waters were great. Loved the lawn area with the fires, cornhole, ping pong, frisbee golf, fish cleaning station and grills. Wish they had real chairs instead of poufs. But still a 5. We will definitely return.

Beautiful garden during the day and at night, beautiful beach 2 minutes walk, ball and other games, very kind and effective staff, nice and very clean rooms, nice cafes and food at the marina very close!

Had really great time. Close to good store and liquor store. Beach access is amazing. Clean rooms and everybody was super friendly. Definitely coming back.

Very nice clean modern hotel. Located walking distance to water. Nice outdoor area with tables,chairs, games and propane fireplaces.

Last minute trip 💡, and we had an amazing time. Rooms are newly renovated and location is amazing!! They had 🌽 hole , lounge chairs with 🔥 , place was 👍.

Motel was totally redone from paint to beds to accommodations. New court area with stainless steel out door grills to heaters around seating. Very positive vibe.

Clean, updated, comfortable rooms. Fun for young children and close to Sunset Beach! Highly recommended.
