We've always bought directly from producers or via locker plant from local producers. I purchased the hog directly from the producer who had the processing appointment. We had a hog processed and cured the old fashioned way and it's superb. It's a 3 hour drive for us one way but it's absolutely worth it. Ace is absolutely telling you the truth about how good it is! I will be a repeat customer!

Best meat cutters in town, and the custom pack is where it’s at. Ace and Ida know superior meat. Love this place for random retail pickups (tri-tips and flank steaks are superior), or special orders for my business. They are also big supporters of agriculture in our area. Love these guys!
