Harris Family Furniture

Great store and so much larger than it looks like from the outside! We had great customer service. We checked out the store earlier in the week, went back for some fabric swatches yesterday and placed an order today. We never felt pressured to buy and we hit a great sale! Love this store!

We had a great experience dealing with Alan at Chichester and Kate in North Conway. We found Harris Family furniture to be a cut above the rest. The quality of furniture and their pricing is hard to beat. They know how to treat a custome. AAA+++

Great experience at Harris Family Furniture . Purchased a floor chair on 2/26. A lift chair perfect for our needs . 3 days later chair was delivered. Excellent job on getting the chair into our house. Doorway was very narrow and the 2 young guys did a great job delivering the chair and setting it up.

This is our third time shopping, with Harris Family furniture and to be sure not our last visit...
We are now working with Nikki & she has been so sensitive to our needs without being pushy,,, just helpful~ in fact, Nikki goes out of her way to be sure she is locating, researching & designing just the right piece for us and our home. Nikki has been such a pleasure to work with.
We have always had a wonderful experience with them. All the staff is very welcoming, friendly & helpful. When we ordered our Grandfather Clock & Curio Cabinet earlier this year, the delivery was quick, on time and the delivery persons took a lot of care in placement and setting up the clock properly.
Couldn't be happier with the customer service, the high quality of the furniture and the overall care, start to finish, that we have received from Harris Family Furniture :)

Harris Family furniture helped me clarify what I was looking for through the very helpful assistance of their sales person Chris. He was patient, listened to my concerns and taught me how to compare the items I was seeking.

I ended up with the perfect platform bed and mattress for the space I had to work in. He had great insight and knowledge about my needs as a customer. The entire team is courteous and helpful. They remember you by name when you return! Classic NH hospitality.

My needs were for a new mattress set and working with Harris Family Furniture was a joy. They listened to my needs and preferences, showed me everything that was available to me, explained in detail all of the features, and let me make a truly educated decision that I'm completely happy with. They made it a 'buying experience' instead of a sales experience. The delivery team was great, showed up exactly as scheduled. Can't say enough good things, and they get a huge THANK YOU !

From visiting your Chichester store to taking delivery two weeks later, my experience with everyone involved was excellent. Everyone was courteous and helpful and were interested in selling me what I wanted rather than just another piece of furniture. The gentlemen (Dave and Roy) who delivered my furniture were top of the line! They took time to explain various things about the pub table and the mattress and springs. The were most helpful in helping me move things around to make room for my new items. In total, great experience!

My daughter just got out of the hospital and needed a comfortable recliner to use to sleep in.
We greeted by a pleasant young lady telling us where the easiest entrance was. After getting in, Jack helped us pick out a chair. He was extremely helpful. They were even helpful in making the delivery within a couple of hours. This was very appreciated.
My daughter even mentioned that when she felt better, she would check out the mattresses.

The people that work here know their furniture....are great to deal with and go out of their way to service their product. We had a dining room set delivered 2 days before Thanksgiving. After the deliverymen left, I noticed a good sized knick in one of the chairs. The owner showed up at my door ,took the chair, had it repaired and returned it the following day..in time for holiday use. We just went back to order the buffet table today!

We are writing to describe our experience with your delivery folks, Roy and Dave; how much we appreciated dealing with Harris Family Furniture. Both purchases (3 bookcases for our library and our bedroom set) and deliveries of furniture were seamless and carefully done. Chris certainly knows his product and we appreciated the assistance and guidance. We also want to pass along high marks for Roy and Dave. The made both deliveries and were meticulous in handling, placing and finishing each of the two rooms of purchase. They even provided their own felt protectors and moved our mattress/box spring back onto the new bed. Wow!

Bought a Lazy Boy recliner for Christmas and i think due to the rush we got a lemon (chair with some issues) from the factory. We found a hole about a week later. It was a repairable hole and Harris sent someone right out to fix it. We also heard a loud noise when opening and closing the chair but figured it would work its way out. Its been 4 months and the noise sounds worse. I called them today and they are going to send a repairman out to see if it can be fixed. Harris has been wonderful. Had i bought this from a discount furniture store i would have been stuck with it as is. I may have paid a bit more for it but glad that i did. We will definately go through Harris again to buy our furniture.

Recently my husband and I had a great experience shopping at Harris Family Furniture! We had spent several weeks prior to finalizing our purchase with them visiting competing furniture stores, both large and small and by far felt the service and attention we received at Harris Family Furniture exceeded all the rest. They were competitive on price, financing and offer free delivery.

The interaction we had with our salesperson, Nikki couldn't have been better! She was very knowledgeable about their product lines, helping us to make an informed decision without any pressure to buy. We also appreciated all of her guidance on fabric selections for our new couch and two chairs. She was very personable and friendly, even helped entertain our 21 month old daughter. We would highly recommend visiting Harris Family Furniture and Nikki to anyone currently considering a furniture purchase!

We cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that we received at Harris family furniture. They were very attentive to all of our questions. Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable, very responsive and wonderful to work with.

No pressure! That was a wonderful feeling--we knew what we were there to look at (deciding on one of two eco-friendly mattresses, or none at all). No sales pitch, just a welcoming, and leaving us the space and time to try out both and make our decision. Exceptional retail experience.

Excellent experience. Sales rep, Alan, was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Not overbearing like many. Answered all questions thoroughly. Young men who delivered were courteous, efficient and quick. Unlike many delivery staff from other stores, they took away every scrap of trash material.

This is a great store, very good value, third time shopping there for us. Vast majority of furniture is American made, just purchased a dining room set made in Ohio. And, it was delivered the next day. Five stars for the free delivery. Dave and Roy were very professional, careful and made sure everything was inspected and was set up just the way we wanted. Such a pleasure to have an alternative to the big box furniture stores.

No pressure experience with sales person Chris. Let me sit around for as long as I wanted to test it out. Took him up on that offer and watched some TV on my phone for a half-hour. Took that chair home the same day!
