Olum’s Furniture and Appliances

Ordering from them was very easy process. They didn’t have everything so they ordered it and it was in within a week and the delivery team was kind and courteous and set up everything exactly the way I wanted it and didn’t even have a problem when I changed my mind about something and moved it. I would definitely recommend them.

The only place we go to furnish our new life together. We bought a bedroom set here and are now replacing appliances.

I needed a recliner chair with a remote control for shoulder surgery coming up. My old recliner has the control on the right side....i needed one on the left or with a remote. (Let me mention I bought my old recliner 9 years ago;-- foot surgery....,& it STILL works as it should.)

Olums had a choice of SEVERAL brands & quality that DID NOT have the "help you stand up" too. I definitely didn't need or want that.

.....but for anyone wondering...They also sell those recline-sit-to-stsnd chairs as well

Olums was our first (and last)port of call for a new refrigerator. The salesman was honest and very well informed with a great sense of humor and before long we had purchased the perfect fridge.
The delivery was spot on time with notifications all the way.
The delivery crew were polite and the installation was seamless.

We walked in knowing what we were looking for in appliances, and Joe was very courteous and informative without being pushy. He gave us the ups and downs of several different washer/dryer combos, and helped us decide on the one we got. We had to order the center, which took about 2 weeks to come in, but Olum's delivery was fast and efficient. In the house in no time at all, even on this rainy/snowy day. Thank you so much for our new laundry center!

Our purchase of appliances at Olums was perfect from start to finish. The store associates were very knowledgeable and courteous. Helped us out in many ways! The delivery guys were just as nice and all went well!

I called up olum's and talk to AJ. He was very professional and found me a washer that I was looking for and I bought it over the phone! It was delivered two days later on time by two very courteous Delivery Man. They were professional and quick, they set everything up and tested it out and we're in and out in no time! I really appreciated it and have done shopping there before and will continue to do so.

From the moment we walked in she was VERY responsive to what WE wanted, really listened to our many ‘requests’ . There was NO upselling here just fulfilling our needs and wants. We didn’t get that at ‘other’ furniture stores!
She was very responsive to our emails and questions which we appreciated!

We dealt with two different people, very professional. Great deals on recliners, they saw the perspective buyer having a hard time reclining the chair, recommended electric remote control recliner, great prices. Then we went to the TVs and the guy was a lot of help, just trying to convince her that it's a good idea to have the remote control recliner, because she's getting older. When in the TVs she saw the color was excellent on the smaller TVs too, salesman was very helpful. A great place to buy things give it a chance.

Olum’s has always been wonderful to us. We just bought a new washer. From the Sales person to the delivery guys, it was another great experience. The delivery was fast and they were respectful to property, courteous and efficient.

Washer died & this has always been the best place around for appliances. Found what I wanted, it was delivered in 2 days and the men who brought it were kind & professional.

Definitely not Ashley's Furniture and the prices here are very high but the quality of the furniture seems to be way above Ashley furniture. Staff was a little pushy to make a sale but overall would recommend this furniture store if your looking for a quality product..
