I always enjoy going here. It's clean and organized. There is a lot of product to look through, the aisles make sense when walking up and down them. They have a garage on one side but it's isolated enough where there isn't a ton of noise. The customer service could use a bit more color. Very bland and boring. The staff are all very friendly and do a great job. They offer a scan and pay through the app. I have not used it yet but will in the future as it seems interesting to me. Prices are pretty good and this is definitely a good place to go for bulk items, whether you have a large family or not.

The Employees are very welcoming and helpful. They have a variety of choices and reasonable prices.

No one packs so I have to ok but give me the time to do it. .it was rude and pushy and embarrassing. Caused next customer to be in my face physically. No distance between customers and no sanitize between customers. This time. Just trying to get their stuff . It was 2 nights ago. Then at door exit I asked for help loading car and he paged twice. No one came. I walk with cane. Very disappointed with indifference treatment. Sad.*Update 2/27/2022 everything we need us in stock ,. Helpful friendly staff, very good pricing on needed extra items. The shelves are full and most things fully stocked. In every department. Lots of selection and paper supplies. ,bakery +deli. And yummy roasted chicken*** 10/11/2022 update opening. Throws, summer garden supplies waiting for you. Lots of demo taste. Booths set up. Even beyond meat burgers today. Yummy 😋

Sam's has a pretty nice club going on here. Not sure what kind of club is just a giant warehouse store but whatever. Great for low prices on everything from electronics to bulk mayonnaise. The club has very wide aisles, which is good because they also have obnoxiously wide shopping carts. Sam's shoppers demonstrate that the old saying is true: the shopper will adapt/grow to occupy the width of their aisle; wider aisles just mean that shoppers can drive straight down the middle, browse from 5ft away, and take the corners as if they're steering a tractor trailer.

I'm really glad to always come in and feel I can shop pleasantly there. Open room. Always fully stocked, very clean. Thank you.

Easy in and out for the couple of things I needed. Very busy today but the self checkouts were open and moving fast.

Easy to shop and when you use the app, you can “Scan and Go,” by scanning your cart, avoiding the line, and paying through the app. Fast and simple!

The prices are still fair, and the shelves are full. They are starting to put the spring plants out. I wish they still sold the pocket tee shirts, but I haven't seen any in quite awhile. It's a well run well stocked store for sure.

Great location, great prices, great customer service, they have the pizza and dogs available at the deli style counter, as well as soda, plus I cannot get enough of the scan and go using your phone!!! (Or tablet) skip the lines and check out via your phone!!

Member since they opened in Plattsburgh. Always my first place to go for high quality, quantity and great prices. I use their app for self checkout the majority of time for easy and fast checkout. Saves a lot of time during busy holiday periods. It would be nice if during busy periods they would have another person at the exit checkpoint for people using the app.

Always like shopping here, always good prices. I just shopped there for food for my son's wedding and it did not cost a fortune, that was very nice. The only thing I really have a problem with is the fact that I can't use cash in the self checkout. Given that that is my only real issue I would say they do quite well! That first part of the review was a couple years ago, now I would say inflation at the moment is a bit out of control and you can get five things at Sam's now and spend two hundred easy. Heaven forbid they cut CEO pay instead of passing all the hurt to customers but hey, what do I know?!

Sam's always good. Quality meats, quality fruits and veg. They did and are doing well during the pandemic and over the last few months have had no shortages of paper goods (which were generally only temporary). Sensible seasonable products. Predominantly very friendly and helpful staff, I hope they are well treated and rewarded. Self check outs a joy, simple to use, really speeds up what was the worst part of the process.

Great place for when you want to buy in bulk and save some money that way. As well as the obvious food, you can get your car checked, tires, some electronics, household items and some clothes. They have a bit of everything and some unique items that you wouldn't think of buying until you are browsing the store and see it. Staff is always super friendly as well.

I visited Sam's club today, I went to the bakery department. The woman I spoke to was the most helpful kindest person, I really wish I could remember her name. But she took care of all of my needs in what I was looking for. Very clean.. Had everything I needed

Great buys and Great quality product sold here. They always have great deals on kids clothes and adult clothes for under 20 bucks and also have different shoes and sandals for everyone in the family. Love shopping here for things they have all the stuff you would need for home, office, car and ect...

Our first on-line order and pick-up at Sam’s Club and John provided the BEST experience I have ever had with Sam’s Club and my husband and I have been members since the store opened in Plattsburgh. He was SO pleasant and such a pleasure to deal with even at -26 below zero this morning with the wind chill. He made sure I knew right away the one item they were unable to provide and loaded my car for me which I wanted to give him money as a tip not only for having to bring groceries to someone’s car in the bitter cold, but because of his friendly manner. He let me know associates are unable to accept tips but can go onto Sam’s Club survey and let them know how his service was. I was planning on doing this to hopefully help John get something from the store, especially after going thru my order and couldn’t find an item, I called the store to let them know and John called me back and told me “I think you may have put it in your back seat”, so while on the phone with him I went to check my car, and, like a dummy, there it was in my backseat. John was still so pleasant and understanding and I couldn’t apologize to him enough for my lack of memory. In todays society, people like John are now few and far between and because of his awesome treatment to me, there is nothing or no one that is going to ruin my day. Thank you John for your amazing customer service!! Your type of customer service needs to be the standard training associates need to be taught when dealing with the public. And thank you for maki g my day 👍😁

Sam's has a great selection of items that I don't find at Costco or BJs. The prices are often cheaper than the other clubs as well. They have the best checkout system as well. They have tons of self check out and cashiers as well. I haven't waited in line at a Sam's in years.
