Fair prices and a great selection. If they don't have the tool you're looking for then I guess you'll just have to order online, because these folks basically have it all. Great customer service, too.

tools are one of those things were branding isnt necessarily making a better product but a more expensive one. glad we have it here. for the home DIY you dont neeed anything else.

I discovered Harbor Freight for the first time. What a terrific store. The e-mail sales offers are a bit much, but the staff was extremely helpful, and it's now high on my list of preferred stores for tools.

I was in need of some detailing equipment and tools. I had no problem with finding everything on my own. Not to say that, I couldn't have a problem finding someone to help me. Pleanty of choices on products and brands. Staff was very helpful. Store was super nice.

Always a clean and well stocked store with employees who are willing to help you find something if you need assistance. They have a membership club you can purchase a subscription to that entitles you to discounts, coupons, and email updates about sales they are having. Most tools we have purchased here have been good quality, and with the warranties they offer for extra coverage, we have never had any issues getting replacement parts or a new item of one is defective or damaged.

It is Kept clean and neat the staff is always looking to help when they see you looking for something. And the store is laid out very well.

Great value for the money. Very helpful staff. Here is an update! I purchased an electric mower that failed recently. Luckily, I also purchased an extended warranty. I returned the mower and they immediately replaced it with a new one...no questions asked and no hassle. Also, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and they do care about customer service. I highly recommend this store!

Great deals on things if you watch there coupon specials especially when they have a 20% off couple. Some things I buy are for what I think is going to be a 1 time use because it's so cheap I expect it to break. Not saying it does but if I got 1 use out of it for that price I'm OK with that. The Daytona Floor Jack and their 3500 Predator generators are great, would recommend those to anyone. Wish there tool box price where a little less but they seem to be good quality. Place is always clean and everyone that works there are very helpful.

Customer service is always top notch. They accept returns and tool replacements without a second thought. Yeah the tool quality is mediocre at best: but the prices cannot be beat. Can't think of one bad experience here.
