Mike Conlin helped us buy our first home and made the process so smooth. He responded to us within minutes when we wanted to schedule our first home tour. After seeing about ten homes or so, we fell in love with one. Mike made himself available and showed us it again the next day when we made an offer. The process since then has been smooth sailing. There are not enough good words to say about this company. They managed my property and assisted with multiple renters for over 10 years. Then when it was time to sell , they were able to get all the repairs necessary to put on the market and it sold 2 days after being listed. If I didn't contact Sonia for help when I moved out of the area I probably would have had to foreclose on my property.

I was very pleased with how fast Sonia sold my house and how motivated she was to have the offer on my new home accepted. She was always there when I needed assistance and kept in contact with all who were involved. Sonia was a pleasure to work with and I recommend her to you.

James did what no other real estate agent could do and what I thought was impossible. My house had been on and off the market for about five years. It was in need of some repairs that were hard for me to get done because I don't live in the area. When James signed on to be my agent in July 2016, I gave him the ambitious goal of selling my house before the end of 2016.

James delivered. He personally tracked down the best and most fair contractor/handyman in the business (Randy Smith) to get a lot of the work done. James had to be on sight on occasion for the contractors and he needed to do a lot of the legwork and coordination that is usually the homeowner's responsibility.

In the end, we met my goal. The sale of my home closed in December, and I couldn't be happier with James's professionalism and service.

Over the last 5 years in the Fort Drum area, we've had the unique experience being renting tenants, home buyers, landlords, and home sellers with All American Real Estate. Their veteran, family owned operation understands the peculiarities of life in FDNY, from weather patterns to deployment schedules and the impacts they all have on the communities throughout the area. The advocated for us as tenants when issues arose and we felt equally represented on the other side as our property managers through to the final closing of home sale. We have had great experience, and not so great experiences with James and his crew. James is very thorough with his move in checklist to ensure that both tenant and homeowners are in agreement with the condition of the residence. Work orders seem to get lost between the receptionist taking the information and the jobs being initiated. It takes constant pestering to get anything fixed with in a reasonable time.
