I am very pleased with my dining experience at Lakers Tavern and Pizza. The hospitality shown to my daughter and I by Donna was top notch. We ordered the spicy patty melt with onion rings and a Rueben with cheese curds. Our food was fresh, hot and served with a smile. They also had a great selection of beers and cocktails. The restaurant was very clean, bright, and inviting. Certainly family friendly as well as a great place to come with friends.
I plan on recommending to my friends and coworkers.

Great local place. The food is good, the beer is cold and there's a full bar! If you are in the mood for a pizza and a beer, you should be here. The rest of the menu is great too. Biscuits and gravy on the weekends! Lakers delivers, call to see the distance. There is limited seating inside, call for a reservation. Tom and Donna are great folks and have been handling the pandemic better than most. Food is great, service is friendly.

Today I visited for the first time. I decided on the Mushroom Swiss burger. The burger was very good and the service was friendly.

This seems like a nice place, I've lived in Prior Lake for 5 years, I wish I had stopped in sooner!

Great mom and pop place with wonderful service and food. Oh don't forget the fantastic drinks.

Servers were friendly and prompt. The place has a nice feel to it, is pleasantly decorated, and has a new and clean feel to it. The omelette and breakfast burrito were both quite good. Their Bloody Mary was solid, and then have a nice array of tap beers. There are a handful of HD TVs that ensure a view from any seat. Would definitely stop back when in the neighborhood again.

Great atmosphere, service is awesome but food is even better!

I had the Reuben and was pleasantly surprised to have chunks of tender beef instead of layers of deli meat on soft rye bread. The flavors were well balanced. Pleasant casual atmosphere with some views. A bit hard to see from the road though.

The pizza here's the best I've ever had, the crispy crust topped with fresh veggies draped in melted cheese makes me wish Minnesota Law permitted the Marriage between a Man and a Pizza. And only if that Pizza had the cheerful personality of the staff. Amazing experience. 5 Stars

We we're the only ones in the place - I had a Reuben that was phenomenal and the fries were great. Beer selection was good - albeit a little pricey at $7 per pint but this is okay. I would go back!

We love Lakers Pizza! Great pie with really fresh, nummy toppings. Clean restaurant and bar that is family friendly. It can get a little loud when there are a lot of people there, but it’s worth raising your voice a little to get a slice of their great pizza! Don’t go to the meat raffle on Sundays, because I don’t want the competition. 😁

Considering we were attending opening night, The pizza was exceptional and the chocolate chip cookie bar with ice cream for dessert was out of this world! The wait staff was a little "rough around the edges" but I have full faith they'll get a system down in no time.
In and out in about an hour with no waiting for a table, nearly a full house.
If they stepped up their beer and wine selections this could become a serious destination!

Every time we come here we're never disappointed. The one time, out of 15 or 20, the fries weren't perfect, they replaced them immediately without question. Great job Tom! You and your crew are awesome!

Went to Lakers last weekend during the Vikings game for the first time and had an amazing experience. The food was incredible and the service was great. My wife and I are already talking about going back. Note I don't normally write reviews but we really had a good time and the food was really good.

visited for the 1st time 8/20/22 and the food and service was excellent! We got the Reuben pizza and the Taco pizza and it was very good!

The service was outstanding! Sue was our waitress and she was one of the best servers I have ever had!! The environment is very friendly and everything was well put together! Pizza was amazing!

This place is great because it reminds me of a restaurant you'd find in a small town in northern Minnesota while in vacation. Reasonably priced, decent food and variety and friendly service by dedicated servers. Nothing super fancy or spectacular, just a cozy family-freindly place to go for sandwiches, burgers, pizza, etc. EDIT: The pizza here is FANTASTIC!
