Always the best experience when I have to come here!!! Amy and Audra are the absolute best!!!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!!!! They ( and everyone else ) make going to the DMV in Miaca a stress free and pleasant experience!!!!

They are temporary in the police dept.
Until the remodel of thier office is done.
When you walk in the front door turn right and the temp office is on the left side.

Amy that works here is a SAINT! I’ve been trying to get my license back for the last few months & CONTINUED to get denial letters in the mail no matter what I did.
I brought my issue & paperwork to her & she told me to give her a call back in 3 days.
During that time I received ANOTHER denial letter in the mail. I went back up to the DMV & she had already called down to the main office, got it all figured out for me & let me know I was valid to drive!

This has been an ongoing headache and no matter what I did, I kept getting denied. If it wasn’t for her taking the time to call down there & figure it out, I still wouldn’t have my license.

Friday before a three day holiday weekend and i was there when the doors opened. Tabs for one motorcycle and a MN plate & AZ title transfer for the other. I had everything i needed but forgot the AZ bike needed the engine VIN (motorcycles have a frame & engine VIN) so i had to run home and come back. The nicest, most polite staff anywhere. I wish the covid wall would come down as I dont have 100% hearing and those plastic barriers are my only beef! Keep ip the great work. Thank you

I drove from Minneapolis to this office because of the positive reviews. I think something is wrong at this location: All 3 employees that I encountered were extremely friendly and efficient. It sure would be nice if all DVS locations were this way. I was 45 min early for my appointment and they were happy to take care of my license renewal early. I would highly recommend.

I took my road test here and it was wonderful! I had two very friendly instructors and the process was quick. It is a drive around the town which is quite small and perfect to pass your test! I passed my test here. Just make sure you drive safely and you’ll do great!! My examiner was a very sweet white lady and it only took about 10 minutes to complete the whole thing. I recommend to everyone who feels prepared. REVIEW THE BOOK AND FOLLOW ROAD SIGNS.

Those ladies that work there are awesome- the patients needed for the bs they deal with would make me crazy.

I was an 81 years old disabled vet and needed to register a boat, trailer, and car. The two ladies behind the counter on June 22nd were very proficient, polite, and respectful! Please thank them for me! We need more people like them working in public services! 5 star service!

Efficient and excellent customer service. I have been to a DMV office closer to my home than this one and I will not go back. The Milaca DMV is the best!

Its the best case scenerio for a dmv.The employees dont act like they are above everyone else/hate there jobs.The place is not usually that busy all though it has its moments.The staff are very helpfull when it comes to questions and are very knowlegable about state procedure.

The employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Amy, Dianna, & Sue are great to work with.
