A great shop that was able to schedule me in quickly. Their front desk was very helpful getting me the service I needed. Their staff was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. The mechanic went above and beyond ensuring that the underlying problem got fixed, and answered all my questions. Will be returning if I need any in the future.

We were headed up north from the twin cities when 4 out of 5 of our hub bolts on our snowmobile trailer snapped. No one in town would help us until we found Chapman’s! They were able to get us a brand new hub and get us back on the road within a couple hours. We were so lucky to find them. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and price was extremely reasonable! Don’t even bother going anywhere else!

Great work. Competitive prices (even compared to more metro areas!) They work with you to make sure you're in budget but also safe. They'll help you break down what needs to be done now versus done soon.
They have never gone over the quote unless they find more wrong with it... (And no- they don't magically find 10 extra things wrong- they're too busy to be doing that.) And when there's more to add to the quote, they call. They're great at answering questions.

They *can* be known to run on small-town clocks:
*Expect to book out a week on average.
*Twice they've told me "I'll have to see if I can get the part and call ya back," and the next call I get isn't to say when it WILL be done but rather that it IS done.
*If the office gal is out for the day, add 50% to the time they said it would take.

I had an urgent problem with an old car; I puttered to a stop on 169 after which I discovered a cozy mouse nest under my hood and my gas gage had been not at all reliable. There were plenty of reasons this car was in a bad way. I found Chapman's based on an urgent google search & had my car towed in. In spite of the age of the car & the confounding issues, they followed the simple path & .. added fuel. The bigger problem was that some enterprising person had siphoned the fuel out of my tank the night before.

In spite of being very busy, the kind office staff and mechanics that I spoke with were thorough and thoughtful. Support your local mechanics!

Wonderful. Truck stopped starting and got it towed in as they close. They told me their was no guarantee on when it would be done and fixed it within 2 days of it being their and them being busy. Definitely recommend them.

Very good service you need something done relatively not absolutely quick because you're never going to get absolutely quick on of anybody anyway but they're very good service you give George some time to get you set in there he will help you out 100% if possible it's perfect he could set things up a day or two ahead they are extremely busy all the time if you can set things up ahead of schedule you'll be whipped through there so fast it'll make your head spin
