I would like to thank Thomas snow sports for their amazing stock of nos parts. And speedy delivery time. I ordered some chain case parts for a 2005 f7 efi reverse that are near impossible to find. And they happend to have everything I need. Most of which was nos. They had it ship and I received my package within 2 weeks and I’m am out of country. I will be purchasing all further parts from them.

Great, friendly & honest people at Thomas Sno Sports! Over the past 4 or 5 years I've brought at least 4 sleds into Thomas for repairs. I'm not a mechanic but I know approximately what may be wrong when I bring in a machine. These folks usually surprise me by finding a much less expensive part or repair than I thought. The latest 30 year old sled that I brought in had some fairly major engine problems. They called and told me that the engine was probably heavily damaged and would most likely cost more than the machine was worth. They charged a pittance for an look at it and saved me an expensive tear-down. As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, "I'll be back.", only I mean it nicely.

Excellent customer service. Owner Tom Rowland has been in the snowmobile business for many generations and is the best dealer in the midwest. We wouldn't shop for snowmobiles anywhere else!

Tom and crew are trustworthy and fair. I have never had a bad experience buying or servicing units with them.

Extremely helpful. Friendly. Needed very little explanation before he knew exactly what I was talking about. Knew his stuff. Competitive prices. Didn't talk down to a woman or ignore me because my husband was with (like a few parts places tend to do.)

First time customer and will be back. Very accommodating. Brought my 2006 Firecat F6 in for a no start problem. Work was completed early and the bill was a fraction of what I'd expected. Refreshing to see a business operate like this; a wonderful combination of being competent AND friendly.

I purchased a new Alterra 450 at Thomas Sno Spots, i could not be happier. The staff was was awesome to work with and Dave the salesman was a great guy to work with and very knowledgeable. I will most definitely in the future buy another Arctic Cat from Thomas Sno Sports.

Great customer service. Had the part I needed, and was able to pay over the phone and pick it up after hours, as I couldn't get there while they were open. Kudos. I would definitely go back.

Brought my 2008 Prowler in, the works was done on time, for a fair price. Everyone was a pleasant to work with. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Head gasket and throttle body repair. Start right up.

An awesome Arctic cat dealer. They always have what you need, parts, Atvs, side by sides, Utv's etc. Very friendly staff . and Thomas Sno Sports is the Best Arctic cat dealer around

Very accommodating and helpful people. Parts pickup is quick, easy, and simple. Service guys answered some very helpful questions for me to help me get the job done myself. They also have a large selection of new equipment if you're in the market for that.

This maybe a business but the warmth I feel from Tom the owner is truly a experience in its self. New pole building showroom is quit remarkable to see. Had the honor of Tom showing to me on personal tour. Thanks Tom. Josh's Father. 😄

Stopped there today met Thomas,great guy. Showed me around will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. Lots of work being done around there will be so nice when the work is done can't wait to see it.

I have a Artic Cat side by side that's 4 years old. Artic Cat discontinued the hard top roof I needed. I called 5 different stores until I was able to find Thomas Sno Sports. They answered my call, made sure they had what I needed and kindly walked me through the process to make sure they could get it to me on the west coast. They even texted my cell the day I ordered to make sure everything was good. I don't know these guys personally but if I ever need something for my side by side again, I'm giving them a call first.

Called to ask about a machine and talked to Tom who was super nice, and extremely knowledgeable. Ended up trading in my 2011 Kawasaki Prairie on a used 2013 Arctic Cat 1000XT. This was by far the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had with a dealership of any kind! After we finished the paperwork Tom took me around the ATV and gave me the full tour of it, like you would get when buying any 'new' unit. I will be recommending this Dealer to everyone I know. 10/10 Would buy from them again. Thanks
