He is very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to find me the best rates and to offer suggestions to help me save money. Recently, Heather has also assisted me with the process of changing insurance companies and adding a vehicle to my policy, and she has been very efficient and friendly. We have been with PIA for a several years now, and they are by far the most responsive agents we have ever had! Amanda is wonderful! She always responds to our emails very timely and we appreciate that she reviews our policies from time to time to see if another company may have better rates for us. At one time, we switched agencies but came right back to PIA after a year. PIA is by far the best in customer service !

Princeton Insurance of Milaca is great. I originally had insurance with 2 different company's, when I came to Jay Goslinga of the Princeton Insurance group he did extensive research on the different products he carried and come up with a perfect fit for us. We run a business and have our residence here so it had to work together. Along with a great fit and good insurance the price of our insurance went down and our coverage increased. Also just put an 18 year old Son on our policy and Jay and his staff went to bat again for us and fit us with a product that saved us yes saved us even more money.
