Milaca High School

Having been a teacher/ coach for 30 years in 3 States , I can realistically evaluate School Systems from a fare point of view. Milaca Public Schools , ranks on the top of my list due to many factors. Probably at the top of the list would be first noticed as you sign in at the Front Office where you are greeted by a very courteous , smiling , happy staff that can help answer your questions . After being checked in you are given your pass to your destination , for me it's the Athletics/ Activities Director Brian Julson's Office. On the way you see students , teachers , Administration and of course Custodians cleaning and shining the premises. The halls are not filled with students , they are in the classrooms, along with their teachers. Going to many sports activities both outdoors ( such as Football , Track and Field and of course Softball and Baseball ) and indoors ( Girls and Boys Basketball , from 9th grade to J V and Varsity ) the students conduct is outstanding always courteous and helpful if you need directions. The sports facilities are outstanding , extremely well maintained and the pride in them is obvious. It's a pleasure going to the school and seeing the happy , smiling faces of Students , Staff and Administration.
