Hardee’s

Staff here are always amazing and kind. Seriously only come back so often because of the great service from the lunch/dinner staff! This is a small town but i knew none of them prior to eating here yet they great me like an old friend everytime!! They deserve a raise!!

I miss eating at a table and lived in Carl Jr. land for the past year and a half. They don’t offer Hot Ham and Cheese so I was craving one. The sandwich “large” combo with coke & fries was over $10. I've been back many times and love coming off peak. Hot sandwich and fries. I love the Hot Ham & Cheese

Love the chicken strip basket! It was fresh and delicious. I was terribly disappointed in the strawberry lemonade. 12 oz drink for 2.99 and no refills. The flavor was good, but the picture is deceiving on size.

Had an issue with meals at Sartell location called and was greeted by a rude employee who pretty much said i was a liar then handed off to manager who admitted that they had been having issues with the cooker thats probably why my burgers weren't thoughourly cooked and very pink thru out the while inside then he lied to me saying since wasnt local he wld call my local MILACA Hardees and have meaIs comped for me then hung up. He never took my name, order # any info at all other than asking if I lived close. I called to confirm at milaca hardees they never recieved a call but told me to come in and with reciept they wld make it right. The manager Dustin there was so helpful and kind helped to salvage the situation and make it a little less of a bad experience. The milaca location has some amazing staff and they care about their customers experience. Can't say that about most! Every place should have managers like him and not like other locations!

Outstanding! Bathrooms, lobby clean…food was fresh and probably the best fast food I have had in a long time. Workers were happy and polite and service oriented. I’ll definitely be back.

Always love Hardee's food. SO SO very happy they fixed their drive-thru road. Almost quit going there because of it. Feel sorry for new people who didn't know till they hit the many pot holes!

2/28/23 @+-230pm. My service and food was perfect today. This was how fast food should be.
A friendly (short) female took my order and got my extras when needed. Manager (w/mask) brought me my food.
The cooks were perfect- with crispy golden curly fries and neatly made angus frisco. Looked good and tasted great.
I appreciated this service and food even more because I had been working since 6am and was glad I stopped off at this place. Keep up the good work!

The young woman at the front taking our order was so sweet, kind and very efficient. Great job to her! Our order was fast and hot, and the restaurant was clean inside. We appreciated that so much!

I actually talked to the manager after this visit. The people were friendly and appeared to be having a good time working. Food was hot and the order was filled quickly and correctly. Table and floor around it was clean. In and out parking was super easy. Good job Hardee's!

Drive thru is the mainly open way. Great food. Nice local kids there. Great expirience. Worked at elk river Hardees when i was 16.
