Good. He was helpful and tried to give us a good experience. Nice to teenagers, and very patient. Explained the phones thoroughly.

Iden always goes above and beyond. His knowledge, professionalism and are exceptional. Keep this talent, give him a raise!

Iden and Austin are both terrific Verizon employees. They explain things calmly and clearly, including information to me so I could completely prepare my old phone for trading in. And their printed receipts itemize every detail so I know exact what I will pay each month. In addition, they are pleasant and friendly.

We had an exceptionally great experience (Zack was our salesperson). Went in to upgrade 2 phones because I was overwhelmed trying to do it on the Verizon app. Will always do the upgrades at this store moving forward.

The store manager Iden was exceptional. I was in and out of the store with a new phone in under an hour. Great customer service, very informative, and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone because of the experience Iden and the other associate (who was also exceptional) gave me tonight.

Zach was an excellent, Knowledgable and helpful. My experience was very pleasing I had a crisis when I entered the store. Upon entry Zach pick up on my stress and explained to me exactly what and why I was experiencing problems at hand. He was correct and my nerves instantly settled. Walked out with a great deal and new iphone 15!

Austin was exceptional!! He went out of his way to make I was taken care of and informed and comfortable. He was professional, but friendly and knowledgeable. Rarely do you see his level of customer service these days. It was refreshing and Im grateful.
