My husband surprised me with an emerald ring. I have always wanted on and he found the perfect one for me at Jon Michaels. I was so excited that I went the next day to get it sized! Karen assisted me was so helpful, she promised she would get the ring back to me asap and she did! I am so so happy with my ring and the staff. I called the next day to ask questions and Jennifer took the time to chat with me. Before I could say what ring, She knew who I was and what ring! I was so impressed! She remembered my husband and shared how he spent a lot of time picking the right one! They have made customers for life. Thanks so much for making this experience special!

My husband took his gold wedding band in to have it resized. Even though he has worn it for 38 years, it looks like brand new! Staff is always friendly and their prices are competitive with the chain jewelry stores.

I had a chain that needed to be linked back together and they were able to get me in and out of there within 5-10 minutes, and didn't charge me a dime! The girl at the counter was friendly and polished. I don't normally buy fine jewelry, but when I do, I'll be sure to visit their shop first!
