Great Great store! Wonderful customer service and awesome sales!! Shopping here felt like a once and a lifetime experience!

My daughters shop here a lot and I finally joined them today to check this place out. We were greeted immediately, she was very friendly and helpful. I cannot remember the lady’s name but she was extremely nice and caring. She made our experience super fun. I look forward to returning and shopping some more soon!

I have gone to Francesca's several times in the last 6-9 months. I needed an engagement session dress, a few new summer dresses, and gifts for friends. Each time I went I was greeted and helped immediately. In fact - the girls were all excited to give me feedback on my own dresses as well as ideas on unique and fun gifts. The selection in accessories were vast.

The clothes here are sooo cute. They always have great sales on their jewelry as well. Love the store!!

Cute clothes, friendly service, just too expensive!

Went today to look around while in the area on vacation. Usually have a great experience but the cashier Pamela was extremely rude and off putting. I asked if I could use a changing room (wasn't sure if I needed permission to use one or not) and she rolled her eyes and said "uh yeah...the last one is open". Didn't smile at all, used a condescending tone of voice, and was overall just rude. While I love Francesca's I will not be returning to that location due to that one employee making my sister and I feel so unwelcome. Seems like we're not the only people who had problems with her based off of these reviews. As someone who has worked customer service for over 10 years it's not for everyone including Pamela, please look into getting a job in another industry love.

I, too, had a very similar experience returning some online items. The cashier, whom I believe may have been the manager, was extremely rude!!! I will not be stepping foot back into that store. Sadly, I have college age students who like to shop at Francesca's, but they too, witnessed the rude exchange and will no longer be shopping at the Holland location.
