Dowagiac Auto and Small Engine Repair

I had a turbo go out on my F-150 and took it to Dowagiac Auto. Fast, quality, friendly service and I was back driving. After a few weeks I noticed a little oil drip so took it back in to have it checked out. They found a bad gasket on the turbo and fixed it for no charge. Had my truck back the same day I dropped it off. I’d recommend anyone to take your vehicle to Dowagiac Auto. Top notch customer service.

Air Conditioning was not working on passenger side,went an had Dowagiac Auto repair the situation an MUH tires were low on air ,and the Mechanic took it up on himself to correct that situation as well . I didn't even ask them to do that when I dropped vehicle off to have the AC fixed,cause I forgot,I called them up and thanked them EVER SO KINDLY FOR PUTTING AIR IN MUH TIRES! !! THAT'S THE WAY BUSINESS ES SHOULD FO BUSINESS!🥳🥳🙃🙏🎯

Went in for a oil change and received very fast service. Friendly staff. Had to have a tire repaired and they got me in right away and took care of it.

My car broke down and as usual I sent it straight to Dowagiac Auto, I was expecting the worse money wise as the tow truck driver told me it was one thing plus something with the transmission. I just knew this repair would be costly, turns out it was an issue with gear shift and it didn't cost me a fortune. Very reasonable and they had it fixed in one day. I can't say enough about how well this company takes care of my vehicle. I have dealt with mechanics for years and have had so many take advantage because I was a women and think you know nothing. That's why I always take the time to learn about my vehicle. I do not worry about it here. The do a good job, do it timely and at a reasonable cost. What more could you want for your vehicle.
