Was ok my husband got what he needed a little high in price but it was close to the rest of the other places

People are SO nice and very helpful.

Best service ever! They went above and beyond to help me out when my jeep's battery went dead, would not have made it home without them! The three team members working were all very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be back and will spread the word!

The young lady there was working alone but still took the time to answer all my questions and installed my bulb quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!👍

The staff at O'Reilly's was very helpful concerning a 12 volt battery that I believed had a damaged cell. After the battery was tested the results were positive and I was relieved that I didn't have to buy a new battery. Thanks O"Reillys!

The girls here are great they got me all my parts and supplies and accurate and friendly they both deserve a raise.. Brad too lol

They are very helpful with me but not my man. He don't like to go there. He will send me if he has to get something from there.

As always, very helpful service. Brandon is most helpful. He's knowledgeable and it seems like he is always there so definitely commented to strong customer service satisfaction.

I've given up on the other major auto parts store that's usually just a few feet from O'Reilly and has been in this area for much longer than O'Reilly. it's not because I have a huge complaint about those other guys, but O'Reilly seems cleaner and more attentive and more professional.

We got a bright head light for our Kia Sorento in Dowagiac. Autozone did not have one I even got a military discount way to go OOO RILEY auto parts oowwww!

Ordered part online .went to local oreileys they had no idea what I was talking about the store is in dowgiac michigan.they reordered part.which I have to pick up and I assume I will be paying for it again.so not so great.
