I drove 2 hours to drop off my Jeep for the work to be done:

1)TeraFlex 2.5” base lift with their VSS 9550 shocks
2) TeraFlex HD front adjustable track bar
3) TeraFlex Geometry Correction brackets
4) TeraFlex rear upper adjustable control arms
5) Rear track bar relocation bracket
6) Synergy parking brake relocation bracket

All work done by experts in the time frame promised and in the manner promised.

I have since had some seat time both on and off road and my Jeep performs excellent in both environments.

In my opinion the installation pricing is very fair for their expertise and knowledge is outstanding. The peace of mind knowing it will be done 100% correctly the first time is priceless.

I would say I have a good understanding of the suspension components on my Jeep and how they should be installed. Being burned prior by a different local to me shop, I had many questions and was very particular on wanting it all to go smoothly. And smoothly it did go. Ken Jr. and crew were very responsive with detailed answers.

To summarize, don’t go anywhere else for your Jeep’s needs, wants and desires. Ken’s is top notch and you won’t be disappointed.

These guys are great! Really knowledgeable. When I lived in Colorado every off road shop knew Toyota's. But since being back in Michigan most are familiar with the big three and not so much Toyota. These guys definitely know Toyota's as well as GM Jeep and Ford. Glad I found them! I will definitely be back.

Professional business with competent and friendly staff. Will be the only place I'll be bringing my Tacoma for anything I can't handle (and it's a drive to get there from where I am). These guys are thorough and listen to the customer and are not out to make a buck where a buck isn't earned.

Picked up my JLU today after ordering and having installed a Teraflex ST3 lift with Falcon 3.3's. Ken Jr. was very helpful (and patient) in answering all of my questions thoroughly before my purchase. I drove 2 hours each way to bring my Jeep here because of several recommendations from fellow Jeepers and will very likely be returning next time I need some major work done on my Jeep.

Friendly and fast, Ken's Kar Kare was able to get me in quickly and was able to fix my car just as quickly. I am from no where near Fowler as i was visiting a friend when my exhaust system (which was already in rough condition due to a previous incident in February) decided it wanted to fail at 2 in the morning while driving through Maple Rapids. Ken Sr., Ken Jr., and their team were able to order the parts and get my car back in a better shape than it previously was in a day even with the GM strike going on. Also, the cost was more than fair for the work done! I can't express enough how friendly and patient they were given my situation and treated me with complete respect and nothing like an idiot like some mechanics are want to do. Junior is very knowledgeable. Gave me some options after listening to my plans for using the Jeep mainly as a daily driver with weekend fun thrown in. We talked through the pros and cons of the main contenders. No pressure, just education and then let me make my own decision. Thanks for the great advice and install. Rides great! The JKS JSPEC lift really brought the handling back and leveled the Jeep after I made it nose heavy with the bumper and winch. I'll definitely be back for larger wheels and rubbers once I wear the current ones out.
