It is a really good place too work, dispatchers are professionals. And they are friendly. Easy too talk too. And they work with you on anything you need. Either switching postions, as a driver. And whats really important is they really put family first. I had a family problem, and they took care of my needs too be there for. My family. And the covered my runs .

January 2024 I will be starting my 6th year with the company. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. I have had several driver managers and they all have been great. The same goes for all of the office staff. Should have made the move to f and s long before i did.

I want to send a Thank You to this trucking company for letting us park our damaged RV there overnight and to Sarah for helping us find a mobile service to come fix our tire that was blown. Sarah was very helpful and took the time to find the help we needed on a Saturday. THANKS!! Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Its truly been a blessing working for F&S. The best company I've worked for as a driver hands down. Thats saying alot because I've forgotten how many companies I've worked for in 10 years. Very understanding but you have to do the work. That's at any company

Terrific company to work for! They definitely take care of their drivers and treat you like family. I’ve been here for a year now and they have done so much for me and have helped me out in many ways! They even sent flowers to my grandmothers funeral! Words can’t even describe the relationships you can build here and the people you get to know! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a forever company!

So far I am in love with this company. The recruiter kept it straight with me and told me the good and bad about the company but there is definitely more good than bad. Pay is great and so is the home time.

I am a current driver,,probably not for long and I wouldn't recommend this company to drive for.i was off work for 3 weeks due to injury on job and now there cutting my pay down to 26% instead of 27% so don't get injured because there not gonna help u, ,,yr just a number like there production charts & performance charts

I now work here at this family oriented place and so far so good.
I'm able to take my wife with me if she wants to go.
Pay bills and do extra. Get home when I want to. Main thing is communication. Communication is the key.

This company is actually amazing. They will go above and beyond to make sure their drivers are prepared physically and mentally to be able to have the tools for success in the trucking industry. They have the best training and safety team that a driver could ask for. Their management and planners are very in tune and they all have multiple meetings to make sure they stay on top of their business so that they communicate through their chain of commands and they are able to pass it down to their drivers and execute their loads properly. Shout out Dan rhule Nikki, Pete , Mike p. Dan and Shaun and all the maintenance and shop managers. And their orientation instructors Bryan , Robbie , they know their equipment. Mitch. Mike b. Tiki and Matt. All great people. A must company to retire with.

I'm not a current or former employee; I talked with them about jobs and was offered flatbed, Conestoga, or box. Great pay for regional drivers ($2100/week for Conestoga was my offer for 5 days out 2 days home). A few local options were mentioned, mostly yard driver positions.

Company Driver- I’ve been with the company for six months now. From the first day to the current one every driver, every dispatcher, and everyone from the top down are great to work with. The company offers a great work life balance, I drive for two weeks and then come home for the weekend. I’d say 98% of they equipment is 2017 and newer. The Maintenance/Shop in Knoxville has great mechanics and techs and the two times my truck has been in shop for servicing there was a fast turnaround. I’m a regional driver but they also offer dedicated runs, home daily positions depending on your location, and OTR. It's awesome to be proud of the company you work for and knowing that every time you come into the terminal not only will you be met with a smile but you will leave with one as well.

Great company worked their 2yrs no complaints only reason I quit was I love running the west coast . They got me longer runs when they could. The owner and his boys are super nice people and if you need time off for personal reason you take it and they will only check to see how you are doing not when you are coming back to work

Awesome place to work every one is very friendly and helpful. Alot of pluses for working for them laundry showers located at this terminal.

Flatbedding can be difficult, but if your not afraid of a little excercise, they compensate you well for the extra effort... “Family Atmosphere” and “Drivers First” are not just talking points here like at most companies, they actually take action to implement those things!!! Good pay, good home time options, they are currently buying a bunch of new equipment too!!! In certain area’s they have local, home nightly options, I’m home every night and off every weekend in Indianapolis, and make as much as I did when I was OTR with other companies....consistent miles, consistent lanes=consistent pay!!
